They go above and beyond for customer service. I was very pleased of when a mistake was made with my order with how polite they were. How quickly they fixed it and just absolutely above and beyond . You definitely don’t get that service in East Liverpool and they have an Excellent selection of ice cream cakes!

This is always our local go-to DQ. Nathaniel was friendly, and helpful. He added our Blizzards to the freezer while we waited for our food (thank you!)
We got home, and YUCK what a disappointment! The fries were basically burned chips..inedible. Gravy was a solid wad of…gross. Hopefully they see this and re-train their employees on proper food cooking techniques and etiquette. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t serve it! Ick!

Enjoy this DQ! Friendly service and deliciously hot food every time – we’ve had the double cheeseburgers, single cheeseburgers, cheese curds and we love their onion rings!

They’re just a bunch of entry level workers who make Dairy Queen. They were nice about it, there were minor hiccups like over frying the chicken tenders but they fixed it and made a delicious burger.

In drive thru to order,was ask to wait.Car pulled to other box and order was accepted. The time my order was to be recieved, I let the girl know I changed my mind and was leaving, the girl was saying stuff and waving as a customer was lost,to find out she was assistant mgr.Very unprofessional…

We ordered a birthday cake for my sons first birthday. The cake was decorated by Bri and she did an excellent job! I went back after the party to thank her in person for doing such amazing work! We all loved it!

Went to the drive thru and asked if they still had a certain item on the menu, I asked for the brownie delight with the brownie and the ice cream and hot fudge in the dish etc, I got told they no longer had that so I got something else, pulled up to the window to see a worker making exactly what I wanted which was annoying because that’s why I went there in the first place to get it, they then handed me my blizzard which was a complete melted disaster and overfilled to where I couldn’t even eat it and had half of it all over me by the time I got home and had to dump it into a regular bowl and have ice cream soup.

I usually don’t post negative because I understand mistakes happen but tonight was awful. We went in and ordered 3 meals and asked for the desserts to be made after. I know the girl heard because she said hold on let me make sure I ring it right. When we got our food we were missing our sauces and my daughter’s side was wrong. I didn’t say anything and just let it go. When we started eating the worker came over with my daughter’s blizzard. I said oh sorry we wanted this after. She said, “Oh well they made it now” and set it down and started to walk away. I noticed it was melting all down the side and so I said wait this is all melted (it was a Reese blizzard so no sauce to make it runny) how did you flip it like that and she said she did it at the counter and then walked away.
We started eating and I looked at the window and saw a shake there (the other treat we ordered for after) but I assumed it had to be someone else’s because they knew we wanted it after at this point right?
So we finished eating and I went up to wait in line (behind another family who was having their blizzards remade because they were wrong) to let them know we were ready for the shake. As i was waiting a girl working the drive thru was dropping f-bombs. Which was upsetting because my 2 little kids were there and the family beside me had little ones and if I heard, I’m sure others heard too. I then asked for the shake so we could leave because I was upset at this point. The girl goes “oh look they just made it” and went to grab the shake that had been sitting there. I said “no they didn’t it’s been sitting there almost the whole time we were here.” She replied ” no I just saw them make it.” I was flustered at this point and repeated “no I saw it up there shortly after you brought our melted blizzard.” She put her hand on the side of it and said “well it’s still cool so it could only have been like 5 minutes” and picked it up and set it on the counter and walked away.
Like I said I get mistakes happen, I get people have a bad day, but this was all around a terrible experience. I know Columbiana is closer for me but this makes me think more about taking the extra couple minutes to go to North Lima. Do better Columbiana.
