Good chicken sandwiches! And the manager Lisa was so helpful and very nice. My daughter’s mac n cheese was cooked very good. My favorite is the red beans and rice though.

Kind of a whack first experience here, which is concerning as we head into Thanksgiving. Lots of potential travelers coming into and out of locations like this, and lots of opportunities to wow potential first time customers. I wasn’t wowwed. The staff were friendly and the building looked nice inside but they really need help in maintenance. They werent particularly busy but the lot was trashy, the can next to the front door was beyond capacity.
I was missing a part of my order and had to return to the location to get it. And again, I stress this because I’d like to say one good thing about this location, the younger guy with the thin mustache was pretty chill and got the girls in the back to make things right. I did hear the girls in the back loudly asking one another where my original sandwich disappeared to. I guess whoever got my original sandwich, youre welcome?
One last thing I’d like to throw out there, im not sure if the standard for sauce on these sandwiches is just like this or it’s just this location but it’s almost laughable.

I really tried to give this place a chance, especially at the beginning when they were trying to figure things out. But between long wait times, food being incorrect, coming home with microplastics in our food, and TERRIBLE customer service. I can’t really support this anymore. Today was another day of disappointment, when my partner placed an online order and gave them 15 minutes before he left. He said when he arrived the general manager told him they couldn’t do anything without having an order number, even though he put him name on the order, paid through the website and they didn’t even provide him with an order number. After a lot of back and forth, long and behold, his order was there with his name on it and no order number on the pick up order bag!! I really would love to understand where the general manager was coming from with giving him so much push back over HIS FOOD. He told you his name, he showed you his charge in Apple pay and still was still giving him a hard time.
Y’all need to get your customer service together asap. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to and have no sense of de-escalating of situations, or just trying to help customers in general.

This is my first experience with Popeyes and it was decent. The food was delicious and you don’t get a lot for what you pay for to be honest, but with the app you get good rewards so I’d say it’s worth it. I did wait 30 minutes for two 3pc tender meals with two sides each when I came in with my grandmother which isn’t awful, but I’d expect a little quicker from fast food.
I enjoy the design of the inside, it’s very modern but it’s not dull in the slightest, it’s a nice little store!
the people at the front counter were very sweet and helped me with any questions I had, most importantly if they couldn’t answer a question they got a manager to help me instead of saying they just didn’t know. They messed up my order but were quick to apologize and fix it and I have to give them some grace because they just opened. I’d say for a newly opened restaurant they’re handling conflict and orders and such very well.
Overall id definitely recommend going just make sure you have some patience, they’re very kind

Absolutely delicious anytime we have been or order. We ordered it via doordash and we have went in and ate. The only place that my 5 year old will go to and order chicken tenders. He loves their tenders and Mac n cheese. The mashed taters are absolutely amazing. I would take a bath in that Cajun gravy. The hot wings are great. We love the spicy chicken sandwiches. Theres nothing there that we haven’t tried or loved.

Can’t even rate the food because we didn’t get any. We ordered ahead on the app and when we arrived the drive through line was incredibly long. We finally got to the microphone about 15 minutes in and were told our food would be ready at the window. Well another 20-30 minutes we finally made it to the window and were told they never got our ticket and were closed (when we got there 40 minutes before closing) and so they couldn’t make our meal. What a waste of 30-40 minutes. Will never go back.

Ordered in the store. Only had to wait a little bit. I had to ask for my drink. Then drive home and they forgot a sandwich. Went back they fixed it but as we left the girl in the back said ” we definitely made it”. We’ll if so then someone else got a free sandwich lol. The food was good but you barely get anything for what you pay for.

Have been here twice first time I went I had no issue at all. Second time I went I ordered the same thing that I did the first time and all my food was cold.chicken sandwiches where cold and so where the Cajun fries. The only problem with the kiosk was trying to have a spicy chicken sandwich with minus pickles. The kiosk would not let me do it. So, had to order at the front counter. This store is wanting you to use the kiosk. Not talk to person to person.
