My boy keven is a dawg, helped me open my strawberry lemonade that was tighter than my schedule on a Friday afternoon. Waited for us because we didn’t know what we wanted (so much aura gained). And he was working alone and was very efficient. Promote my boy Keven and give him a raise. I love his beard it reminds me of Santa Claus.

Today, i Ordered various pizzas, salad, pasta & wings. I did request that my personal pan be cooked a bit longer otherwise it looks as if it’s not cooked & they cooked it perfectly! Everything tastes wonderful, order is accurate & hot, they definitely used fresh ingredients. I noticed when signing the receipt that the tip was not on there, so I wrote a message on the receipt & Mary called to verify, I absolutely want the delivery driver to get the tip, besides doing his job, it’s especially cold out here & I appreciate his service. I greatly appreciated Mary calling to say our order was on the way, to verify about the tip & she even called because I ordered a salad & the dressing I picked wasn’t available….what service!!

CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE…as mine was burnt and inedible. Complained on website, and promised a call back..but no return call. This Pizza Hut does NOT care about quality….so check before you leave store…make sure they make your order properly, before you leave.

Put order in and was 40 min later that estimated. Called to verify 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and wasn’t even ready for pickup. Glad there’s more choices in FDL.

The person handling my pizza had no gloves on and was walking in the back touching who knows what. Then cutting and boxing the pizza still no gloves or hand washing was taken place.
I mean it’s common sense when handling food.

Ordered for carryout and when I got there, they notified me that they had made the wrong size and were already making the correct one. They even gave me the incorrect one for free. Totally unexpected but 100% appreciated.
