Today I went to the restaurant in Tempe, Arizona, located at 721 S Mill Ave. My family and I had never been there before, and my daughter wanted to try it. The experience was very unpleasant. The food was cold, the hamburger patties were ice cold, the tacos were dripping with oil, and the Coke tasted like water. I should also mention that there was no one at the front desk, and when we wanted to order something, we waited and called, but no one came to the front desk. It was an absolute disappointment, and the food, if you can call it that, was a disaster. I went on July 1 at 5:53 pm. Also I took pictures oh and very dirty. Waste of my money!

Took them 25 mins to make one jack wrap and had me and all the other customers move to the side to wait, so the times don’t show. I was also told that they use the fryer for the grill chicken. That’s a lil to lazy for me. Even McDonald’s wouldn’t do that. Hope I was just lied too because the fryers were down so they didn’t want to take any orders and that why they lied. But just say that.

This place used to be proud of what they serve, but the current employees and management are beyond terrible at their job.
Order accuracy is non existent.
Managers uselessly hovering over employees so badly trained and coached you can notice it from your car.
Missing items that’s been paid for regularly.
Oblivious employees that literally just let a customer sit with no interaction for over 10 minutes.

The food is what it is, but the gal working the drive through in the evening was so sweet and very nice, made sure I had sauces and extras I asked for. I believe Alexis was her name.

It was a ridiculous experience at this specific location! Ordered 2 shakes and 2 tacos and it took 15 min at window in drive thru. Employee who took the order didn’t even say anything to us like, “Thanks for waiting, just a couple more minuter” or “Thank you for your patience, we’re working as quickly as we can” anything would of been good, as long as, we were greeted and/or acknowledged at least!!

My bride and I were starving and we’re going to hit a resturant like Village Inn or something and we both noticed the Jack in the Box.
So glad we stopped here. The food was good as usual but what I wanted to point out was the dude that served us.
He made this visit just pleasant ☺️.

Anyway this guy made a simple stop to a fast food nice. Thanks sir. Please know you make a difference.

Stopped by on the weekend on a late night, and an employee named Joe was very patient and professional, taking my order. Parked me up front, and I was handed fresh food with all my sauces within minutes. I’m looking forward to coming back. Nice work!!

This place have gone Down bad, why do I have to park in front when there is literally nobody behind me at the drive-through and when ask for any sauce, I asked for ketchups and Ranch then when brought out to the front where I park I didn’t get ish smh.
