The food is absolutely delicious! It was perfectly salted and hardly any oil used. I consider it a pretty healthy meal. I come from New Jersey which has some of the best Chinese restaurants, so I can say this place is one of my favorites now. The cooking style is very authentic, although the dish selections are still westernized. But that’s alright, because westernized Chinese food is still super yummy!!! The chef came out to say hello! the server was very friendly. I highly recommend this place! (In the photos are chicken broccoli in white sauce and “happy family” in white sauce)

It’s actually unbelievable how little flavor this food has. We talked about it the entire meal. The lack of color in the lo mien and the fried rice was the first red flag. There was almost no meat in the pepper steak dish. The generals chicken was very tough and still had no flavor despite being soaked in sauce. We ordered four different dishes and they were all very bland. Extremely disappointing.

The freshest and most delicious Chinese food in all of Sarasota. We make the trip from Arcadia just to pickup takeout. Service is always 10/10 and food never disappoints.

Super friendly and fast service! Very tasty food: we had lunch-sized sweet n sour chicken and sesame chicken; generous portions came with extra-crunchy egg rolls and lots of fried rice. Dining room was simply furnished and felt and looked very clean. We wanted a quick, non-chain meal, easily accessible off I75 and found it!

Small portion size, high cost for very small portion for example:
A large won ton soup only had 6 won tons and was mostly salty water for soup.
The two portions we ordered were small and not very tasty.
For one large won ton soup, one small hot and sour soup, two entrees, the charge was $48.00.

Hi Asian Kitchen,
I just wanted to share my experience from my first visit. I ordered pickup, and the food was absolutely wonderful—I had been craving it for a while! Your staff was so sweet, and the atmosphere was great too. Unfortunately, I did find a dirty fingernail in my meal, which really broke my heart because everything else was so perfect. I hope this can be addressed because I’d really love to come back and enjoy it again without that kind of surprise.

Great spot for yummy Chinese food with a surprising variety to choose from and very nice staff. Sammy and Livia greet you with smiles and tend to your every need. Beautuful restaurant inside, music, fast take out, and YAY for gluten free options and easy parking. They have a steady stream of regulars which is always nice to see. I love supporting local small business and have this as a favorite!
