I was excited to try this place as I drive by it multiple times a week. Went in to pick up my order and it was totally empty on Sunday at 3 but seemed very clean. The bowl is for my husband but it looks good. $15 for a bowl is steep in my opinion. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the service. The guy I talked to seemed new and had difficulty figuring out which was my order so a blonde lady came from the back and he asked her for help. She slid my bowl across the counter to me without eye contact and when I said thank you she said “yep.” No silverware or napkins provided or offered for my to go order. Such a bummer but will likely stick to tropical smoothie down the road for a refreshing fruity treat.

I’ve been to Rush Bowls twice now and tried 2 of the bowls and they were both great. I took the whole family and we tried some different options/toppers and anything you add is a nice compliment. Rush Bowls is great for people looking for a light, healthy meal on the go. You can taste the fresh ingredients. I was impressed with the entire experience as the staff was also really friendly and efficient.

Ordered 8 bowls online for my coworkers at 830am. Website said they would be ready at 8:51. Went over to pickup the order and the employee was extremely rude and annoyed by our “huge order” he suggested we cater next time. As I was waiting for him to complete the order, he would stop making my order each time a customer came in to order. I would sit and watch him make their bowl while Still not completing ours. We use to love ordering g from this place hit after today we will go to another one. Apparently spending a lot of money at this place annoys the employee that has to work. We were not in a hurry and would have showed up whenever the online said to. Some of the bowls were a little Melted by the time we got them (it had been almost 45 mins since the time it said). The melted wasn’t a problem, the attitude of the employee was. I’m not sure his name but he had black finger nails. I how this helps the owner know how people are treated when they aren’t there.

Absolutely delicious and excellent customer service. This was our first time here and the bowls were blended to perfection . The staff member was so patient with us when we forgot our wallet. They had the option to pay with google pay. We will definitely be coming back.

Online and on the store’s front door, the closing time is 8pm. We got there at 7:45pm with plenty of time to make 2 açaí bowls. The guy with yellow dyed hair quickly walked to the back as we approached the door. The door was locked. He peeked out once to see if we were still out front. I’m writing this to let the owner know how their investment is being run.
Update: While I did post this 1 star service and atmosphere review to alert the owner of what was going on, every visit we’ve had since then has been great. I wanted to come back and change my review to reflect the great service we’ve had since.

Was craving a smoothie and came across Rush Bowls. I got the “Beach” bowl and added almond butter on top. It totally hit the spot and satisfied my craving. Will be back :).
