From the moment we walked in, Kenyata made us feel like family. She was so welcoming and answered all our questions with a smile—truly elevating the dining experience!
The food…wow! The saucy wings were a standout. We tried both the mild and Kenyata flavors, and both were amazing. The Kenyata wings had a unique blend with a hint of mustard and possibly some jerk seasoning—delicious! The mild wings were perfectly balanced with just enough heat to add flavor but not overwhelm.
Now, the burger? Juicy, flavorful, and cooked really well! They are clearly handmade and not frozen. Let’s also not forget about the jerk chicken egg rolls—they were beyond amazing! Packed with flavor and savory goodness.
And let’s talk about portion sizes—they were HUGE! You definitely get your money’s worth here.
I can see why J & K Style Grill has such a high rating. The food is phenomenal, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Lives up to the great reviews. We only recently found this restaurant after our other favorite place to eat locally was closed for the day. So glad we did!
You should definitely stop by for a bite. The young owner obviously puts her heart and soul into her products and service. She has a military family member connection and offers a nice discount for military members as well.
Looking forward to trying some of the other, unique menu items during future visits.

Great place to eat! The young lady (Izybell), that greeted my Wife and I, was professional and friendly! So nice to see that nowadays. She gave us a complete review of the menu without missing a beat and was patient and happy to help us. Outstanding! Now to comment on the food. It was excellent! We ordered two steak burgers and onion rings and a bottled soda. Food was well cooked and very filling! We are big eaters and we were very satisfied! So with that we would like to send a Great Job to the cooks in the back as well. The entire visit was wonderful and we will definatly be back again!!!!! Keep up the great work and hold on to your great employees! Thank you for an overall great experience!

Ladies and gentlemen gather around because I have a story to tell: two visitors came to VA Beach for a sporting event. During our visit we decided we needed to find a local spot to eat and not get caught in the tourist trap of food selections. After a brief search we came across the highly rated J&K Style Grill. It was a 15 minute drive, but I don’t care if it was a 150 minute drive because this place was worth EVERY BITE! We were met with such gracious hospitality! Since we were newbies, we were directed to the Big Kev Sampler. When I tell you EVERYTHING on that sampler was worth slapping ya momma over, I’m not kidding. It was a party in my mouth. I’m surprised more reviews haven’t been written on this place. A family and veteran owned business has definitely cornered the market on wings, burgers, and egg rolls! If you haven’t been here, get here! If you’ve been here, you need to come back ASAP! If ever we’re back in VA beach, this will be thee FIRST place visit! JOB WELL DONE!

My husband and I came here today based on all the great reviews, and let me tell you, this young lady’s restaurant deserves all those 5 star reviews! Keona was super friendly and gave us a full rundown of the menu, around with recommendations.
My husband got the steak bowl with shrimp added – delicious! I got the Sloppy seconds burger with sweet potato fries and I ate it all, even though I was super stuffed about 2/3 of the way though. The fries were sweet and salty and airy and perfection! The burger was juicy and flavorful, I can’t day enough good things about this place. And to top it all off, when I asked her if the J in J &K grill was for her dad, she told us it’s for Jesus! No wonder this young lady was so sweet and helpful (both her parents are ministers, as well).
If you get the chance to go, please go support this business – you won’t be sorry!

My friend recommended this place. Great customer service, many options but not too much. They had an ordering kiosk for self pay. Ordered the bone in wing, boneless wings, and egg roll meal. Was nice and hot, didn’t really care too much for the teriyaki or garlic parm sauce. The boneless wings were all white meat and different sizes. They had some kind of seasoning on it. The strawberry lemonade was good just wished they were labeled. Seat was cracked where we wanted to seat too. I would definitely be back for the eggrolls and to try more flavors of sauces.

Went to J&K for the first time ever today and am confident I’ve found my new burger and jerk chicken spot – everyone was so warm and welcoming and the food was perfect. Ordered the Big Kev sampler (sliders, wings, fries, steak eggrolls), jerk chicken rice bowl, and salmon sliders. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly, portions are so generous (the sliders are huge!), and the restaurant is clean with plenty of comfy seating. Can’t wait to come back and try the Dion burger next – thank you for an awesome experience!
