After many years of not going to Burger king, the ghost pepper Whopper pulled me back in. The burger itself was pretty good even though it was not all that spicy and the ghost peppers were dried little crunchy bits. It was overall a pretty good burger I got the meal deal which included a very small fries and a small beverage. It was $11.89, which seems a bit much but what do I know. Service was pretty good. They actually came to the counter and asked me what I wanted, which is a rare thing these days. The place was clean, and the restroom only smelled a little bit.

Just went through the drive thru with my friend and we had two separate orders. When we got up to the window it was an older lady and she told me it was 7.50 for the order. I wanted to confirm that it was my freinds order since we had 2 orders. So I asked just to make sure and the lady was very rude with her response saying “ well that’s why I said the order is 7.50 “ so didn’t answer my question and was rude about it. Then for my order she asked if I wanted some sauce and I can’t remember the last time I had been to a Burger King so I asked what options they had bc I forgot. Well she was clearly annoyed I asked a simple question.. after I paid she told us to wait out front for the fries so we did. Once I was home I realized they gave me the cheesy bacon tots instead of the jalapeño poppers that I ordered. Which I clearly said jalapeño poppers when I ordered so I’m not sure how that happened. I understand mess ups and they are only human it’s okay. what’s not okay is being rude and making a customer feel bad for asking 2 simple questions. I’m very upset and won’t go back to this Burger King. She proved exactly why I haven’t been there in so long. I hope she was just having an off day and isn’t always an old grump !! So terrible service, messed up my order and I called 10 times because it just went to voicemail each time! So frustrating.

This is the WORST BK in the area. All of the afternoon employees can hardly take an order, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 of them to understand what I want. Why not hire someone who speaks English, for the 1 position in the restaurant that requires someone who speaks English. Having to repeat your order literally 10 times is so extremely frustrating just for them to mess it up and forget your items anyway, even after double or triple checking with them what you ordered.

Food average at any fast food, service was good, and the restaurant was clean, lady at the counter was courteous and we ask for coffee and she make coffee for us and was stronger the way we like it, so coffee was 5 start, Also prices with the coupon was another 5 start.

April 20, 2024 around 9pm, I ordered a Bacon King and the man who took my order seemed irritated, like he didn’t want to be there. Which, I don’t mind. I brushed it off because it’s not that serious. But, when I got home and I was eating my sandwich, I noticed a bitter taste to it. I’ve been buying the Bacon King for almost 2 years now. What I found is sickening. I understand if you hate your job but trying to poison your customers because you hate that it made your day a little busy is petty and childish. Whatever this black substance is, I know it does not belong there. And it obviously looks like it was intentionally placed there. Burnt pieces of food does not gather in a single spot like that. And that black substance is like ink. I smeared some on the wrapper for proof.

Terrible Experience than the Cornelius Location! Their Slushy was moving and the Cornelius Location did not have a moving slushy of Frozen Coke!
It’s Too Terrible that I said, “Forget It!”
But she gave me the same thing, and I trashed it, yelling, “I Said, Forget It!”
“I Didn’t Want A Replacement!”
“What is A Frozen Coke, If The Frozen Coke is Moving Like A Slushie?”
“This is Ridiculous!”
And left with my Cheeseburger Meal.
