Ice cream and fries were good. Coney does not include cheese for $5. Picture shows the 3 onion rings for $4.50 they serve. Next to the bucket of fries that we half ate in the photo for $4.90 this is a blatant rip off. Service was not at all apologetic when I asked if it was correct. Not sure if I’ll be going back.

Bought multiple orders of fries and cheese sticks. A couple containers of fries weren’t filled all the way up, and some weren’t even close to being cooked all the way. We specifically asked how many cheese sticks come in an single order, bc we needed a specific amount, but they shorted us on a couple sticks.
My wife’s strawberry ice cream was barely pink, and tasted like vanilla. She had to add her own crushed strawberries to it at home to make edible. Rising prices, lower quality.

I thought this place was absolutely amazing. Their funnel fries are unbelievably awesome! I ended up getting a banana split along with them and could not eat the entire banana split. I would highly recommend this place not only for their food but their staff is extremely friendly. If you’re looking for a place to sit down this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a place to grab some food and sit in your car or take it back to wherever you came from you found it.

I was very disappointed after taking a long walk on Sunday through the park, just to find out they had a sign that said “open at 2pm “. However, this was almost 245pm and doors still locked . I really enjoy coming here from Pataskala. Wish it was more clear on hours or update them.

The woman who is the Manager here is extremely rude. They serve stale tasting chunks of brownies then argue about it, you ask for another twister just for it to be replaced with freezer burnt tasting cookie dough chunks. When you ask them to taste it so they see for themselves “she says she just opened the box and knows they are not.” They also will claim you didn’t order things when you did and continue to blame it on the new girls make you pay for it again. She does this every year. One reason I quit going here and LOVE the one on 30th but since I was right there I figured I’d give it one more time. Always disappointed.

I’ve enjoyed the dairy isle for over 50 years and still do unless I go to the church st. shop the kids in there never know how to make or do anything and are rude. I don’t know why it seems like that store is the only one like that. Never have a problem with the other locations. I’m sure Dave is probably rolling over in his grave about how his legacy is being ran.

Use to be the best place to eat in town 15 years ago now your foods still frozen once you realize it your to far down the road for it to be worth it to turn around. Sad to say I’m done with this establishment. I even asked them to cook my food longer because this has been happening to me since I’ve been back in Newark and still horrible. Not a good experience. Place is looking run down and the service was questionable. Worst banana split I’ve had. No whip cream or nuts placed on top. Barely any strawberry’s as well. We got two that were supposed to be made the same. Asked for extra strawberries because we don’t like pineapple. The girls working were running out of items. The one girl told the other “stop selling those we don’t have stuff to make them”. Then tried to wash the items in the hand sink. Nothing was said prior to paying that they had run out of certain items to make a banana split if so we could have easily ordered something else.

Worst food and service I’ve ever had at a Dairy Isle!!!!! My husband ordered a blt sandwich and the bacon was almost raw. He ordered a vanilla malt and got a chocolate shake! I ordered the fish sandwich and it was almost burnt and had nothing on it and our fries were terrible.I ordered a hot fudge cake and then when we asked where it was they said that they don’t have those. The place was filthy inside
