The place is genuinely so good that it looks like they can’t keep up with the amount of orders. To be honest I’d like to live closer so I could come more frequently. The taste of the food was amazing and Carlos delivered a great Customer Service and made really good recommendations .
Been here a couple times since my 5stars review and it was really good but unfortunately none of my routes has come closer so I’ve been away for a while now. Today my route was near so I was excited to come. I noticed the menu has changed since my last visit as well as the management and employees, anyways I went ahead and ordered the steak house savy and the take down savy, the taste was horrible compared to the ones I used to eat, then ordered the original navy to see if it was just that i ordered the wrong thing, but it was even worse. Idk what the new management is doing, but for me, this went from 5 stars to 2 on a single visit and its just because of the customer service. Shootout to Stefanie for her great customer service.

Honestly a mediocre experience. Staff was super friendly, though even with no line, I had to wait longer than expected to place my order in the drive thru. When I got to the window I asked if they had already poured my drink, she told me I could change it, so I did, and she ended up giving me the original drink I ordered with the new one at no charge, so that was nice of her. But the only thing I really enjoyed was the fries. The cod slider was okay, but it smelled very very fishy. The chicken slider was barely chicken, it was so thin and overcooked that it was barely edible because of how hard it was. Honestly don’t know if the plain slider I got was good or not, I gave it to someone else with the extra drink I was given. Paid just under $19 for what you see in the box plus a drink, probably won’t be back.

The food was actually pretty good. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but to my surprise, it was just one chicken strip on a bun — a bit disappointing for the price. Still, the flavor was great, nice and greasy in the best way. The staff could be a bit more attentive; it took quite a while before anyone came to the counter. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time. It was my first visit, and while the first impression wasn’t the best, I’ll give them another try to see if things improve.

A vendor had Savy delivered. The hamburger sliders were larger than most sliders and delicious. The chicken fingers/tenders were tender and real breast meat. They definitely can compete with Canes. The Onion rings were great. I’m not a big fan of crinkle fries but they were good too.

This is my first and last time coming here. The bar for quality food at Savvy’s is below average. I understand being short staffed and there being a longer wait time but over 40 minutes and sending out ice cold fries is unacceptable. When I say cold, I do not mean these are just old fries, I mean they are literally cold to touch. Such a disappointment.

I was told my order would be ready in five minutes, but it took 30 minutes. The long wait was not acknowledged. When I got the food (burger and fries), both were room temperature. The burger probably would have been good if it was hot. It was standard slider size as shown in the picture—diameter of a ketchup packet (one bite was taken). It was $9 for the combo.

I spent the time waiting at the drive thru window writing this poor review. As stated by another reviewer, service from the drive thru takes much longer than it should and it has much to do with the staff serving one car at a time. There’s nothing fast about this fast food.
