Literally the worst pizza I have ever had. Crust thin like a cracker, and the pizzas are small. $12.99 gets you a small pizza and that’s the only size available. See the photo comparing the pizza to the phone.
The service is also awful. I could see when our pizzas were done. The employee took them out of the oven and just placed them under a heat lamp. I was sitting at the counter wondering what was going on. I finally said excuse me to get his attention. I asked if they were mine and asked him to box them up. All he could say was “oh yeah. my bad.” He seemed more interested in talking to his friend at the counter rather than working
I have been to the Cogans on Colley Ave. and have never had a complaint. The owners need to take a hard look at how bad business is at the Waterside location.

Got pizza from here today during the Flea Market at Waterside. The girl working the counter took our order and then took nearly 15 minutes to fold our pizza boxes for pizza that was ALREADY made so it’s not like she was waiting for the pizza to be cooked. While she was slowly folding the boxes she didn’t say anything to the next customer. Awful customer service.

Girl takes initial drink order, goes out to smoke for 25 – 30 min, then comes over and asks if we’re ready to order drinks.
Everyone has bad nights but this place seems to routinely have really BAD service each time we go.
Pizza is really good and they have a lot good beers on tap though!

Visited this pizza spot during a recent waterside hosted bar crawl. Had to wait almost an hour for ONE pizza. The workers were not at fault, its managements fault for not staffing more than 1 person during a huge event. I tried to ask for a refund twice so I could leave to join my friends and kept getting promised my pizza only for more time to elapse. I would still like a refund for waiting so long. The pizza wasn’t even that great.

I purchase a Hawaiian pizza and the dough was not cook at all and the oven must not have been clean cause the uncooked dough was black from the unclean oven. Ask for some sauce for the pizza and they could not find lids. This was the worst place ever . Uncook product can make consumers sick. I definitely will never come or recommend this place to anyone I know. I visited the cogans at waterside.

The service was slow, took forever -over 40 minutes to get out order. We ordered slices, not a whole pie. Unfortunately I ordered the meatballs and the meat smelled off. Tasted like it was going bad. Stay away.

We gave these guys a second shot and they messed up again. We had them deliver and they forgot both the dressings for our salads, added blue cheese when we told them not to (for the second time), over cooked the pizza and the main reason I decided to make a review is because I called three different numbers to fix the issue and couldn’t get ahold of anyone… basic attention to detail is lost on these guys.

Pizza isnt good. Prices are very high. The entire ordering/paying arrangement is odd. They might want to consider handing out a vibrating puck that goes off when pizza is complete. They should also bring some of the pizza makers from the ghent location to provide training.

This Cogan’s was good but limit menu chooses. The pizza roll I got was delicious. The pizza looked good and my friends really liked them.
