I came in and ordered two bowls. I was trying to pay half on cash and the rest in card. The manager of this location said to me that the bill didn’t go through their machine and assumed that I was carrying a fake bill. I was very offended and told them I worked for that bill I didn’t bring in a fake bill or didn’t mean to bring one in the first place. So they told me to pay rest on card, which I insisted, but later did I know that they Upcharge me extra for carrying a fake bill. When I realized this I was furious and demanded a refund for my upcharge. The manger told me instead of a refund that I should take their chips instead. I told her no and wanted my refund. And the funny thing is that she didn’t want to give me my full refund of the extra charge she gave me, but instead half of what she owe me. Then when I told her the calculations in how much I should be given back, she started yelling to me about bringing in fake bills and this wouldn’t happen if i didn’t pay with a fake bill. when, myself, didn’t know that the bill was fake. How would I even know that the 20 I carried was fake? I don’t carry a machine to tell me if my money is real. Horrible service and I can’t believe they upcharge people over small inconvenience. Will not be going here anymore.

Everything about this location is awful. You’d be saving more money if you just went to the one in Hamilton. They are EXTREMELY stingy with their food. I remeber when Chipotle lines would be out the door and employees would pack those bowls till they overflow. However, this location is stingy ash! I understand that things are more expensive however, they are putting less food in their bowls and are not getting any cheaper. I asked for extra guacamole and the lady litteraly put a pea size amount extra and charged me for it. This is so disappointing but I would rather go to the location in Hamilton becuase at least they give me EXTRA food when I ask for it. I will never come back here again and most definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Came in for just 2 chicken protien bowls to bring home. As you can see, the server only filled the bowl half way. I could even see the bottom of the bowl in one of them. Metuchen fills their bowls to the top. Really dissapointed in this locations’ portions.

Not sure why this location has such poor reviews. Have eaten there more than 5 times and really like this place. Probably because of the drive through, counter service was blazing fast with almost no wait. The bowls and burritos were consistent and tasty.

Good location . Right on Rt 130 and lots of other shops and restaurants around . Lots of parking outside . Indoor seating was good . Lots of seats to sit and eat . .. service was ok. Could be quicker .. they charge extras for side of hot sauce wherein many other chipotles don’t charge .
Food was good. Quantity was ok. Rice was too less but the taste was good. Looked fresh . Got a rice bowl which is our favorite in chipotle . Veggies were fresh . Liked the food but hope they stop charging extras for sauces : wanted to give 3 but gave it a 4 star since we like chipotle as a brand .!

Portion Problem: the girl serving me wanted to give me as small a portion as possible. I had to ask her if she was even going to fill my bowl because at this rate I am getting just about no food in my bowl. I had to ASK for food. That should not be. It was very obvious that she was purposely giving me as little as possible. I noticed that the guy behind me had his bowl STUFFED without even asking. Is this a male/female policy? Give the females less and stuff the male’s bowl full? This is not the first time this has happened to me here. It is and has been THE pattern every time I buy food here.

The chicken is under cooked and the service is just horrible!!! Me and my son go to eat there and they were giving the smallest portions, my son got chicken and they put half a spoon full. The bowl was so empty we had to go else where so we could be full. Would definitely recommend not coming here. Hope this helps. Forgot to add but they talk back ALOT. Even to my son.

Ordered today and inconsistency continues. I guess the only way to have a consistent order is to do it person and watch them make your bowl and refuse it if it’s not done right by. Three of the 5 orders were fine and 2 orders very little meat not even normal portions. Really not the first time but may be the last for a while hope they get there act together

Chipotle corporate should consider auditing this location, as portion sizes—particularly meat servings—are often inconsistent. Additionally, the overall service quality and management appear to need improvement. I hope this location takes steps to improve the customer experience.

The Chipotle staff was friendly and welcoming, and there wasn’t a huge rush. However, I wish the tables were cleaned more regularly. Our order met our expectations, but the only issue was the over-salted kids’ chips, which kids definitely couldn’t eat. On the bright side, there was plenty of free parking, although there was no free Wi-Fi available.
