I’ve been coming to this chipotle since the day it opened, they had quite the hiccups initially around the launch day, wasn’t pleased. However, I decided to stick with my guns and give it another chance, I’ve been coming consistently to this chipotle location for about 5-6 months and I will say, they are extremely consistent. From the mobile drive-thru pickup, to the front line. They’ve got it down pat. I’m glad to see management stepped up and made sure this location has improved. To all the bad reviews, I’d give it another shot.

Please avoid if you can! The amount of rice is 3 times extra than all the other fillings in bowl. The serving food counter is very not always clean during busy hours. This is food industry and quality overcomes above all. Even after specification for extra beans & fajitas, order gets messed up. Hope this helps others and online order doesn’t get screw up.

If I could give no stars, I would love to do that for this location. For almost $11 worth of chicken bowl, they have so little in the bowl, you could see the bottom of the bowl. I was really happy to see a chipotle so close to my town and this is 1000% disappointment. Not worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. For a relatively new place, the service is sub par and the staff are already unfriendly. It will not be a surprise to see this place going out of business pretty soon. Never going here ever again.

Horrible experience. The staff was absolutely rude and unprofessional. The portion sizes that they gave me were ridiculous in comparison to how much I paid for the food and their attitude didn’t make it any better. They tried to basically scam me and attempted to force me to buy a full bowl when I just wanted a three-pointer. The cashier was the worst part of it all. The location didn’t seem completely sanitary either as the counters were not wiped down and the food preparation in the back looked very disorganized and chaotic. Will not be going to this location ever again and I would rather drive 15 minutes more to get to the Princeton location.

Something changed here, maybe the new management. Serving went down to splashes of spoon, had to ask to add little more for pretty much all the toppings. They are not handing over the empty water cup anymore and rather they are filling it inside and handing it to us, serious trust issues. This was not the chipotle I’ve been to in the same place.

I go to this place 3-4 times a week, and I’m sick and tired of the manager that serves the food. He skimps out on every serving of food. Also a few of the coworker’s do the same as well. Ive told him multiple times but they don’t listen. I pay 20-30$ every time for barley any food. I don’t know what kind of owner allows so many bad reviews on his restaurant and doesn’t take action. Don’t go to this chipotle, the one in Princeton is much better.

Food is good though the amount they put in bowls is very inconsistent. I bought in store a bowl few weeks ago and they put good amounts of each layer. I doordashed the same order today and the bowl was barely full. Hope they get more consistent with their amounts.
