Took my mom here for a birthday lunch. We each had a pesto dish with shrimp, very good. The grilled French bread also good (i could have easily polished off a whole mini loaf). The potato soup a winner too. Cost reasonable if a $1 per shrimp is ok, we each had 9 and the medium size. We will go back. Jason was our server, top notch

This restaurant has a beautiful location. The service is top notch and the food freshly prepared and excellent. I’ve been here several times and it’s always consistent. On Sundays they have a brunch buffet with breakfast and lunch offerings. The menu has a variety of chef prepared entrees.

I’ve primarily had breakfast at Fusion and the food was so delicious. The breakfast taquitos reminded me so much of the TexMex food I loved so much when I lived in South Texas! Beyond the food, Kathy and her husband Jaime are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. They work so hard to provide great food and atmosphere at the restaurant, but behind the scenes, they work even harder giving back to the community. I would highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

We attended an evening event at Fusion at Ridgefields and were beyond impressed! The event space was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and professionally set up from start to finish. The food was incredible, and every detail was clearly well planned. The atmosphere was welcoming, polished, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Fusion at Ridgefields for any event or gathering — they truly know how to do it right!

OK Went to Fusion for wife’s birthday dinner with her brother paying. She ordered linguine with shrimp. When it came, the small pile linguine was on top of the shrimp that were raw (gray and translucent). The waitress (who was great)was horrified and took them back. She brought out a bowl of linguine and sauce for her while the spring was replaced. Shrimp came back over cooked with scorched black areas. Looked like they hadtaked her shimp and put them under a broiler… Then the manager came out, apologues and said he would take 10% off the $20+ entrée! Meanwhile her brother and wife shared (+$2) dish of ‘lasagna’ (medium scoup of tomato something) that was not worth the price. Nothing else for there 2 meals — no garnishes, nothing… My meal was shrimp and grits and was good.
I now know why wee were the only table in the non-bar area on a Ssturday night. And it took almost 2 hours!
We will not return!
Was impressive several months prior, but a definite downhill slide.

I sat outside under a covered deck overlooking the golf course. I was immediately greeted by my server. I ordered crab stuffed mushrooms, fried artichoke and Merlot. The crab stuffed mushrooms were perfect. I didn’t care for the fried artichoke, which was stringy and chewy. The service was excellent.

Not sure where all the pretty pictures of food came from on this restaurants website but that was NOT our experience there tonight at all! We went with another couple tonight and it was just awful! The lasagna that my husband ordered was flat as a pancake. And covered in an overly salted marinara sauce with two very hard&crusty ends of bread. My girlfriend and I got the chicken marsala…which were two small pieces of room temp chicken covered in a sticky brown sauce and a few small mushrooms…with a small side of cold spaghetti! Awful! My girlfriends husband got salmon..which looked ok. There was no bread. No salad. And honestly our waitress looked like she was ready to go home! No pleasantries there. We got a thin sliver of chocolate cake with a dollop of whipped cream for dessert…it was all just a big let down. We’ve been before and it was good. Not sure what the issue was tonight. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it was warm..and we were the only ones there.

Went for my birthday and had the honey glazed salmon entrée, fried Artichokes appetizers, toxic tonic to drink and for dessert cinnamon roll cheesecake. Chelsi and the kitchen crew are awesome at what they do! Our waitress was super sweet and took care of all our needs. Fusion is upscale at an affordable price. I’m glad to see them in a nice establishment at Ridgefield. My date had pasta for entrée and the tri-color dip as appetizer.
