We ordered pizzas for the first time here but it will the last. One pizza was under cooked with no cheese and the other had uncooked veggies placed on the top of the pizza. You can tell they forgot the order and just placed the veggies on top after the pizza had baked.

I ordered 2 New York style pizzas, they were super dry, had no sauce. The manager says we’ll do you always get extra sauce maybe that’s why your pizzas felt and tasted dry…. Idk how many times I ordered and there is always something wrong with my order… why do I continue to order from this place??

Ordered 3 pizzas today at the south Richey location. First and foremost, the pizzas were delicious . Whoever made my thin crust sausage mushroom black olive thin crust with garlic parmesan pizza, You are amazing. It was perfect as well as the other 2. Awesome customer service working together as one. Blessings to these young workers.

It’s always good with a welcoming atmosphere and the pizzas are never left cold when you retrieve them. The staff is nice and I know some of them very well because of connections with friends. It’s in a very convenient location and they’ve never messed up my order. The only thing like the previous pizza hut on richey that was closed was that it was also a dine in and it was the best place. The current one is like a carry out or Delivery place.

Just received my order of a pizza and a pizza melt. I paid for two garlic sauces and they give me one then they said the other ones are free because they don’t no longer have a cheeseburger sauce. After I get my pizza it is cold you see it’s hot. The boxes were crushed the pizza was scooted all over the place I’m very disappointed.

This location is one of the most consistently good pizza huts. employees here are always willing to make things right. Delivery is fairly good within this area. Pizzas are freshly made and they are very quick about making them 99% of the time. Big fan of the bonein wings and the cookie.
