I always receive a warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. The staff member who takes my order always listens carefully as I give it and repeats it back to me for accuracy. The staff always works well together to get my order made quickly. My sandwich is always made accurately. The food, the portions, and the prices are always great.

I won’t be back strictly due to the service of this brown haired young female. I came Mon 12/8/25 at 3:55 pm. She was completely unfriendly and rude. She wouldn’t talk in complete sentences and at the end said “any size cup for combo” and I said “what size?” (Human beings misunderstand sometimes) and she repeated the non-sentence again sharply and rudely. She then proceeded to talk about me to her co-workers as I went to get my fountain drink. Hopefully management is receptive to reviews and corrects their employees. If I could take my tip back I would but then I thought, I was trying to be nice when she wasn’t.

came in here to pick up an order and immediately was hit with ugly, rude stares from the two ladies working. got called “crazy white people” for asking for our order? then we see them throw the chips and it lands on the ground and they continue to pick up the bag and crunch it and put them in the bag with our order. do not recommend this location as it was unsanitary and had the most unfriendly atmosphere i have ever been in. the boy with the afro was also giving dirty looks and talking silently about everyone who came in.

Ordered through Uber Eats and order was never delivered. My husband called the restaurant to see if it was in fact picked up and was initially told that there was a mistake and that the wrong driver picked up our order and we were basically out of luck. After going back and forth with Uber Eats I called back to find out what was going on. I asked for a manager and was told that I was talking to one. She told me that there was no error and that the driver probably stole the order. She was irritated because driver kept coming for our order that has already been picked up. I asked if the order had been or could be remade. She said she would have to check….if she was the manager, who is she checking with? She came back and said that it could be remade. I asked why that wasn’t done in the first place. She said it was because my husband didn’t ask for it to be. As a manager, why did she not offer that? I then asked if we could come pick it up so that we knew for sure we would get it and she very rudely said “yeah sure”. We drove to get the order. Upon arriving, my husband went in and from the car I could tell her body language was annoyed and rude. After he came back to the car I went in and politely asked for a business card. The “manager” said she didn’t know if there were any, went in the office and came back and said no. I then asked for the general manager’s contact information. The “manager” very sharply and rudely asked why I wanted it. Then proceeded to exchange very rude glances with another female employee. There were 2 teenage boys and 2 teenage girls in the building when we went there tonight (No actual adults with actual problem solving skills) I have never been treated so disrespectfully in Firehouse Subs. We will be taking our business to other locations as this one was not a pleasant experience at all.

The last two experiences we have had with this place has been horrible. I placed on an order on the app for the French dip, I walk in to pick up the food and am not greeted but I stood there and then said here is your food. It is my fault for not checking the bag but the French dip did not come with the au jus. I called, they didn’t seem bothered and my husband drove up to pick it up. Tonight we order from the website for delivery. My daughter really wanted a sub for New Year’s Eve. We waited a while which was fine, but when it got here, again no au jus for the French dip, there was barely any meat on the sub, you had to lift the bread to see it, and my daughters large sub was completely missing from the delivery. The restaurant was closed and the best they could do was offer a refund for 5-10 business days. Completely dissatisfied and will not be ordering from them again.

I never have any problems with the food, it’s always done right, but when the “manager” spends 20 minutes talking to a friend instead of helping a clearly busy line it’s extremely infuriating. I’ve been a fast food manager before and they were doing everything they shouldn’t have been.

Not sure why this Firehouse is always a problem. Horrible service and mess up my order every single time. Last night was my last straw. I waited 40min for two sandwiches while the manager chatted with a friend and ignored all the people waiting. So unprofessional. They need to be removed from a management position ASAP.

MY MEATBALL sub was soooo good tonight!!! WOW! Also, the ENGINEER sub will be a repeat: Smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and savory mushrooms, served with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard with a dill pickle spear served on the side!!!

The store itself has got a cute retro-like decor but that’s not the reason why…of all the eateries to choose from… we go to an establishment. I have ONLY been to a Firehouse once… YEARS ago. So I was excited to try them again. Finally found this location. But the sub was such a disappointment! I mean for $13 THIS is what you are serving people. Shameful.

The atmosphere was okay. I was disappointed with our sandwiches. This was our first time eating at Firehouse subs and I must say we were disappointed with the taste of our subs. I will stick with Subway or Jimmy John’s.
