Great burger establishment. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff are very knowledgeable have a professional look and attitude. The burger I had was very fresh and was well prepared. As I ate the staff was always engaged and asked the customers if there is something else I can do for you. That definitely shows great Culture of Accountability. The establishment including the restroom was very clean. Great atmosphere. Definitely will go out of my way to return to this Back Yard Burgers.

I would have given 5 stars, but the lettuce was wilted and we asked our classic to be cut in half and the hours were wrong, but we really wanted to try this place, so we waited the extra hour. They have everyday specials. We came on Sunday which is bogo chicken sandwiches. We got chicken sandwiches, a classic burger, onion rings and seasoned fries. First off, the chicken sandwhich was really good (minus wilted lettuce, i just took off of it), it had a nice lemon pepper taste. The bun was soft, chicken cooked perfectly. We split the classic, which again minus the wilted lettuce, had a really good taste to it too. It wasn’t your average thin patty either. Bun was soft too. The onion rings and fries are excellent. A must stop on I-20. It is a little out of the way, but it is worth it.

After meeting the night manager Shay I was very impressed! They were very professional and kind to us! & honered our coupons! That was actually my first time there so I have a new favorite burger spot plus their fries are the bomb!… (honestly Wendy’s is the only place that I will ever really buy fast food from the last time I went they were absolutely rude to me!)

When we finally got our food it was good. The staff did not pay very good attention and messed up our order which caused it to take an extra long time to correct. However the manager was very accommodating and apologetic. She refixed our order herself to ensure that it was right. It was very good at the end. However we waited an extremely long time.

My visit was maybe 15min after open. Not very good, bought the single and double meal, don’t get the double bc you get two of the worst patties, you can manage to eat one but two , don’t be so cruel to yourself. The fries , I did not like , seasoned fries but floppy, back to the patties , why did I get the double, it was thick , not juicy or tender , probably cooked from frozen , you can just tell bc it’s had that shape of a frozen burger, like tuliped all around. Service was fine , probably best part , indifferent, how I prefer my fast food.

Counter person didn’t give out the usual number to identify each customer. Service seems to be slow compared to previous visits. My wife received the wrong burger and my chicken sandwich was fried pretty crispy and I ordered it grilled. Parking lot out front has the same hole that’s been there for several years, it’s not a small hole. Just not up to our expectations.

Went there for lunch, got back to work with my food and it was awful. Fries were old burger was old. I asked for no onions or pickles and guess what I got. This food is entirely too expensive for me to be dissatisfied. I understand that you’re trying to move your drive thru time but I’d rather wait a few minutes knowing my food is fresh and hot. Please don’t have my food bagged and ready to go before I can count my money and give it to the cashier. $10.13 is too much for me to just throw it away like that. Especially when it looks like I got a kids meal when I ordered the classic combo. Very disappointed

I have often visited this location & received good quality food (I thought) & good service. The last time I ate here it was horrible. There was an employee outside smoking while wearing kitchen gloves. This same employee went back into the kitchen w/o changing gloves or washing his hands.
My order was received before the dirty handed employee returned. It did not matter.
Before I could drive hame my guts were roiling. Maybe an hour after that my wife’s guts were the same. We have not eaten here since.
I also observed a woman working in the kitchen with a bad weave that looked like yarn without a head covering.

Really good food. The burger you get in the bag looks even better than the picture on the menu. I’ve eaten at this particular one many times and they have never once gotten my order wrong.

Nice employees, clean place to eat and love their chicken basket! Stopped for lunch, the staff checked on a question I had about the breading (have a child with severe allergies to sunflower), even told us about some great day trips in Meridian area. Wonderful.
