Chicken shawarma was disappointing. Pretty dry, seems like unseasoned white meat chicken covered in a sauce that tasted like Frank’s red hot but not spicy. No tomato and one small piece of romaine. The pita, hummus, and fries were good. I’ll come back to try the gyro and hope it has more flavor and more veggies. Decent amount of food for $18

Had this food for takeout. Ordered gyros plate and it was good but the portion was small for $25 plus a dollar for a single piece of pita bread which frankly is part of the meal. There were only 1 sliver of tomato and I quarter round of cucumber in the salad. And it was 15$ for a slice of Greek cheese. And almost $7 for the equivalent of a small fry. It just wasn’t worth the cost.

Byblos has great service and the food tastes fresh and excellent! I often get the lamb shank plate and am always happy with the flavor and tenderness of the lamb. Also the falafel is super delicious. The Turkish coffee has a lot of depth of flavors compared to others I’ve had elsewhere.
(Big shoutout to Adam the waiter!)
Especially for the price and quality of the food, I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a filling and delicious meal.

We rarely get greek food, so we had no expectations entering here. What we got, however, what we god was pretty impressive.
Admittedly, we only ordered what we understood, and knew about, so we knew what to expect. So didn’t escape our comfort zone too much. However, the waotress did encourage us to try some new things, too.
Gyros here are pretty great, they do load it up with a LOT of tomatos, though. We tried the dolmas, they are definitely an acquired taste. Overall, the place is great if you want to be adventurous.

Honestly, this used to feel more authentic. Now it’s giving more of a Mexican vibe, which is fine but that’s not what I’m going for when I visit a Lebanese /Mediterranean cafe. The chicken and shawarma were both good, but the rice was more of a box rice flavor, not middle eastern rice. I make tahdig at home so I know the difference. They put garlic dip on the salad, not feta. It was a tad overwhelming. The woman inside was not overly friendly. Sad to say, we will not be returning.

Restaurant was clean and decorated lovely and cultural. Food was 10/10 for me ordered the Falafel’s as an appetizer which was great and for the entree got chicken shawarma plate which was fresh and spiced perfectly. Cabilla (please excuse me if I misspell or mispronounce her name) was excellent she did everything from the cooking to serving to front desk! Absolutely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick healthy bite

The service was excellent from start to finish. The hummus was absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and fresh. What really stood out was the warm and attentive service from Camila. She made sure everything was perfect and added such a friendly touch to the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service, and I’ll surely be coming back.

I ordered the Gyro plate and this is possibly one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious and had great flavor. The woman at the front counter was really friendly and my order was made quickly.

The best gyro meat and chicken shawarma I’ve had since I’ve been to Colorado. Camila, our server, was really sweet and attentive. Great service! I’m coming back.

The chicken shwarma was very disappointing. It was extremely dry. The fried cheese was overcooked and not edible. The gyro.meat was decent. This was my first visit and definitely my last.
