staff not very friendly. language barrier. hard to understand. I don’t think they speak English well. I ordered 3 piece chicken strip meal deal . the pieces were extremely small. I explain to cashier she got the boss. he said all the pieces were like these. I said that’s ridiculous. to pay $9.00 for 3 pieces that were only the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and the fries were cold. they did not offer to fix or give refund. i told them I not be back or recommend

Oedered cake from here for to go and it was delicious. Although I reached there at 10:10 and still they spent 20 mins to prepare it and understood the importance of my daughter’s birthday. Was forgotten to bought something for her and that was the best thing she loved it. I appreciate them all, being busy at cleaning and they spared time to make cake as I wanted. Appreciate their efforts and definitely returning back.

I used to go there nearly every day in freshman year of high school in maybe 2017 or so. It was great then.
Ever since the new folks came in, it has been dreadful. Small portions, wrong items, etc. I go to McCarry’s now, even though I live 800 feet from DQ.
They only employ those that are like them. Anything for their izzat, or group honor. It’s a shame, I’d never go there while they run the place.

Went through the drive through today at about 12:00. The young lady that took our order on her headset was completely rude. She first said “what do you want”, We asked for a 7$ Cheeseburger meal deal to be plain. She replied with attitude “what’s plain?” so we told her. She didn’t put it as a meal deal until we repeated ourselves and she snapped back with “ok so what is the drink and the ice cream like”. We had two items to order. Before we could say our second item she tries to tell us the total without asking if that was our final item. Normally the staff is kind but she was completely rude and disregarded towards her customers.

DQ is one of my favorite places to eat. I always eat here when I’m on my lunch break. The employees are amazing & very nice. They always greet me when I come in & they usually know what I’m going to order. They always have my food out fast & my food is always fresh. My niece loves eating here & she loves talking to the boss. He’s so sweet to her & they take her order & get her whatever she needs. It makes her feel like a big girl. She loves how they recognize her & know what she’s going to order. I definitely recommend eating at DQ
