This Domino’ always makes great Pizza, I’ve never gotten anything less than perfect. The Staff is really courteous and quick to solve problems if there are any. Which most them time there is not. The pizza is always delicious and fresh baked. Thank you for making my soccer/band/basketball practice nights easy peasy!

I ordered food online, we waiting around 40 minutes. waited and then called. they told us to wait 5 more minutes and call again. we waited around 15, called again. Figured out the driver probably delivered to the wrong address (it happens). our address was correct. who we got ahold of from dominos (i assume the manager) said it was because we typed our phone number wrong that we didn’t get our food and the driver delivered it and it was probably stolen. he said the driver knocked and left the pizza. checked our cameras, nothing. from then he continued saying our order was to be “left at the door” (it was hand it to me, attached in pics) and it was probably left there and stolen. he kept blaming our phone number for why it wasn’t at our address. finally he said he’d remake our food after talking over me on the phone continuously, all he had to do was say sorry, it must have gone to the wrong address. the delivery driver was super nice tho, not mad at him. just who i assume was the manager.

I ordered three pizzas for delivery through the app and TWO of them arrived incorrectly.
I guess there was some kind of issue with the app and it sent the wrong order to the store. Which I can understand.
But when I called and offered to provide proof of my receipt with the way I ordered it, they said there was nothing they could do.
I would’ve been totally fine if only one of the pizzas were wrong, but TWO out of the three I ordered were wrong and the restaurant did not offer any way to make it right.
Also the manager wouldn’t speak to me themself. They had a young polite woman being the middle person. Which I found completely unprofessional.

I ordered a large pizza last night. My husband picked it up when we got it. It was not at all right all the meat that was on it was chicken.and sausage very little of those It was missing beef, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions green pepper none of that was on it it had some chicken and some black olives on it, and when I tried to call the store, they kept hanging up on me. I want my money back. I will not eat at this Domino’s again.

It was an amazing atmosphere, they were so friendly when I came in. They gave me the best customer survives and greeted me with a nice smile. They gave my food quick and some of the best domino’s pizza I’ve ever had. It was one of the best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Especially the manager on duty, Charlotte was so nice to me and made me feel like an everyday customer. I would highly recommend there pizza!!!

Ada store is great people. Had a incident that happened with my kid. And they jumped right on it. And was very concern and reached out several times to check in him.
