A quality burger king! The inside is nice and spacious and there usually plenty of parking. Occasionally they have some nice promotions, and recently upgraded with 2 self-order screens.

It’s located at the north part of Davis near the Sutter Hospital. The quality is actually pretty good- the few times I was here. The rodeo burgers, the chicken wraps, and burgers were pretty solid. The whopper was excellent and their kids meals are more diverse than McD’s.

Drinks were typical, and the fries are above average when fresh.
The staff is nice, and the drive-thru was pretty quick. I think just having a fair expectation of what you’ll get at a fast food restaurant. There are high school and college kids that work here and just trying to make ends meet.

And my kids were quite happy with their kids meal, and I just like the chill, quiet vibe inside. I wouldn’t be in the area too late at night, but lunch and early dinners are good!! I really think it has better burgers than McD =). Anyways, enjoy!

4 of the 6 last times ive ordered with them they slathered mayo all over my burger even though I de-selected it. The 2 times they didn’t was because I called them and reminded them not to. The last time i called, I spoke to a female manager with an accent and politely asked her to make sure it didn’t have it. She curtly told me “if it’s not on the SCREEN we won’t put it” i apologized abd felt guilty abd embarrassed. Didn’t call this time because of the last experience. Guess what? Mayo all over. I paid again for another delivery just now and called the manager to make sure. Spoke to male manager, he was unapologetic and simply said “okay ill make sure”. I thanked him (I admit pretty dryly this time as I’m clearly over this) and he just said “okay yep bye”. Ridiculous

At 10:45am on Dec.16, 2025 went in for a coffee and onion rings. They greeted me when I came in no other customers were in the place. Why did they go there separate ways and started chatting amongst themselves. I said excuse me, they acted as if they didn’t hear. When the guy finally comes over takes my order, didn’t give me my receipt they give me the coffee, but they had to clean out the grease for the onion rings, then put them on without once saying a word. No apologies , then they mixed the old fries with the ones I had to wait for. As if I can’t see or would know the difference. So I asked to have coffee replaced because at this point it’s getting cold. Once again as if I wouldn’t notice, it’s the same cup. A waste of money and time. Burger King, hire people who will respect all your customers. Not just the ones who speak their language.

Id give negative stars on service if I could. Tried to order 2 whopper jr add cheese, which is on the 2 for $6 duo deal, I noticed they input 2 individual whopper jr with cheese that cost $4.99 each. I get to the window and mention the price, and the lady told me “you have to ask for the deal” so I said okay, ill get the deal, to which point I was told id have to go back around and get in the drive thru line again to change my order. Mind you the line is now full with cars and they want me to wait back in line to change the button they pressed on the computer. The food was already made, in the bag, at the window, and instead of taking 2 seconds to press a different button to give me the deal price, they decided id have to go back around. I left, im sorry but just terrible customer service, and honestly sleezy business practice to charge extra just cause the deal wasn’t asked for. Never returning and will tell everyone I know to stay away as well.

Burger King is misleading customers.

On the add-ons selection screen, it says “Bacon and Cheese”, and the image clearly shows four slices of cheese and bacon, yet there is no explanation that in reality only one slice of cheese is added.

I specifically asked an employee:
Will I receive four slices of cheese and bacon for the additional ~$2?
The answer was no, without any explanation and with no willingness to help clarify the situation.

This raises a logical question:
Why use an image showing four slices of cheese if it does not reflect the actual product?

This looks like visual deception of the customer.
If only one slice of cheese is added, this should be clearly and explicitly stated, not hidden behind a misleading image.

I ask the company to:
• either correct the image,
• or add a clear and detailed description,

so customers clearly understand what they are paying for.

Such an attitude and the lack of a proper explanation from the employee are unacceptable

I go here really frequently and every time I do it looks very clean and their so fast with it. The people there are kind and make me feel so comfortable. Also the restrooms are always clean which is a big bonus for me. They let you get crowns!!!

I heard that Burger King has impossible burgers and woah! They’re good and taste similar to a regular meaty burger! The staff are super friendly and the facilities is super clean! The fries are decent too and they have free crowns! Who wouldn’t want to leave feeling like a king/queen or prince/princess! 🙂

Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. As a Google maps tour guide. I’ve never seen such a rude and obnoxious person ever. Sara and Michelle are great. But the window service today was mentally ill… She had issues. Needs to be fired. She would keep talking over me after telling her 4 times what I want and I buy the same thing here every day. I did everything I could to explain the order and she could not get it right. I finally said I would find another place. She started to ring up the order before I was done ordering the meal. I stopped at the window when she would speak over me and then shut the window on me. Clearly control issues. I will never trust the food here as long as she works there at Burger King in Davis CA…I will tell everyone to not go here because she is unstable. Bad job when you hire this one. Here is a picture from my order the day before. Sara and Michelle are great. Get rid of the girl from today on 7/19/2024… I keep calling the manager 5 times today. I get the girls saying I can’t hear you or they could be told the problem. And the 5th time I call I was told she would be back Monday. So I’m filling out a complaint next.
