I was in a very bad mood and wanted a coffee, i got curious and decided to switch up the shops i frequent and decided to try something new here. I was greeted by two gentlemen who were very respectful and caring towards it being my first time. I was guided through their menu carefully and thoroughly and was made aware of all their menu options. I settled on Chai tea with a home baked croissant. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 food/drink. turned my day around completely, will be having my business again!

I really enjoyed my oatmilk latte. It was very smooth and overall delicious. It tasted like a dark roast coffee was used to make this latte, which created a great balance once the oatmilk was added.
The cafe was cute and well themed, with only a few tables and chairs inside. The area nearest to cashier felt crowded with just three tables taken, but there is also a seating area near the window which was a more open.
The bathroom was out of order, which is unfortunate for a place that serves coffee, and is decorated for folks to work or socialize.

We visited this place while on vacation and came in on an off day from Disney and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone felt comfortable.
What really stood out was how engaged they were with our kids and with us as a family. They took the time to explain everything, kept things relaxed and fun, and made the whole experience incredibly pleasant. It honestly felt like they treated us like regulars, not just visitors passing through.

I recently visited Paloma coffee and ordered a soy iced latte with half vanilla and half lavender syrup, and it was incredible! The balance between the sweet vanilla and floral lavender made for a perfect combination. The ambiance of the café is so inviting, with a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax or work. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again!

Formerly only a coffee shop, it had to relocate from its original location just up the street. But now offering ice cream. Anyway, the coffee here is still pretty good as well as the service. The interior is very small with typical cafe/parlor atmosphere. Unfortunately there is NO inside seating (a bit of a disappointment from the former residence). However, there is adequate outdoor seating.
Small coffee shop in downtown Windermere. They serve a variety of coffee drinks and limited baked goods (that looked homemade). Nice contemporary atmosphere; black & white theming and a variety of plants with soft music in the background. Average amount of indoor seating, but probably more than adequate for the location. There is additional outdoor seating on sidewalk. Probably nice when it cools down with less humidity. I had a Latte, large with an extra shot. Very good, strong but very smooth and not bitter. Well presented with the typical latte leaf signature. I also had a ham, cheddar, & egg sandwich on a flaky croissant. Average size and tasty. Didn’t try any baked goods, but they all looked really good. Service was very friendly and quick. The only minus would be the price. Slightly higher than average, but it is Windermere. I recommend, it’s worth the short trip out of Orlando.

Wouldn’t exchange a drink I ordered and didn’t like. Most place would value customer satisfaction and immediate do there best to make a customer feel heard and understood.(Starbucks for example did a great job of exchanging my drink when I didn’t like it)
But they didn’t seem to care at all. I really didn’t enjoy that drink and I hope if that happens to another of their customers they will be more accommodating to them. If not for this slip up the coffee shop vibe is outstanding and I would come so often, but I longer will be a customer. Please use this as constructive criticism.

Walked by while visiting the area to get a cold brew. The cold brew was $7 and they charged me $2.00 for sugar and a splash of oat milk for creamer. I asked why I was being charged two dollars for cream and sugar and they said “thats just what the owner wants”.
I can understand an up charge on a latte or something like that that’s mostly milk but as a splash to your coffee? You’ve got to be kidding me.
Not visiting here again.

Cutest little spot and friendly staff too. Tea was delish! Vibes and views were spectacular. I know there are many concerns about the bathroom and I desperately needed to use it too but it’s beyond the owner’s control if you read the responses on other prompts. Overall, highly recommended!
