Ordered a double roast beef combo with (crispy) curly fries for dine in; when I got my food, the manager said “I got them as crispy as I could”. However, the fries were warm at best which means they didn’t just come out of the fryer, they just picked through the fries that were already cooked and pulled out the ones that looked crispy – some were crispy because they were old and dry. The sandwich was okay, I don’t like Arby’s dry sesame seed buns. Nothing special, might come back to try a market fresh sandwich. The manger took my order and was nice but I need my hot food hot too, not just good customer service.

Bathroom was clean, parking is free but only a few parking spots but double drive thru.

My husband and I went to pick up dinner for us, our daughter and grandson. The girl taking orders through the drive through was wonderful. She was the nicest person and very helpful. When she brought our food out, I told her I forgot to order the poppers. She said come back around. She had already placed the order before we got to the window. My husband was very impressed and was the one who told me to do a good review on her. Don’t know her name, but I wish everyone that worked the drive through could be just as nice!!

Zero startsI had an extremely disappointing experience at your drive-thru today (7/9 at 12:35 PM). From the moment I asked a simple question, the response I received was abrupt and dismissive. In the middle of placing my order, the employee suddenly screamed, “I can’t hear youuuuuu!” Startled, I asked, “Do you always speak to your customers this way?” She snapped back, “Well, I can’t hear you.”

I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism. When I mentioned I would let corporate know, I was met with a sarcastic, “Well, we ain’t corporate.” This behavior is completely unacceptable for any guest-facing role, especially in the service industry.

If this is how your team handles guest service, I can’t help but question the care they put into food safety. I will not be returning. With so many other choices—Freddy’s, Zaxby’s, Chick-fil-A—where guests are treated with respect, it’s no surprise Arby’s was empty while competitors were thriving.

I highly recommend reviewing the camera and audio from this interaction. As someone who runs multiple businesses in hospitality, I can tell you this kind of behavior would not be tolerated. The community deserves better.

There were no cars in the drive through. I left another drive thru because of wait time. I was told after I paid that I had to wait on chicken. The young lady in the drive thru blinked at me and said she didn’t know how long. Service was horrible. Took me 15 minutes to get my food. I was late to work. Thx.

Seems like the staff is terrified of their management for some reason they don’t seem happy they’re forcing people through the window I was waiting behind another two people for my food because they didn’t want me waiting at the window so I don’t know if they’re being threatened to have a hard drive through time or who they’re trying to please but they’re not interested in pleasing the customer it was highly inconvenient for me because I’m pregnant I would have to drive all the way around and wait through a lot in order to correct the meal or I would have to get out of my car with children little children in my car to go inside and discuss something that I could have easily handled at the window have to drive around and wait through another line I only got one meal and three sandwiches and it seemed like it cost about $35 I felt very inconvenienced …even ordered at the INTERCOM and felt rushed and ignored at the same time.

The food was fine. We are still being told to pull up and wait for food for 4 plus minutes they bring out the food the attitude is so so… I had one sandwich this time… I even waited before pulling up to the window bc I wanted to get my funds ready… But instead of letting me sit at the service window they tell me to MOVE AHEAD…. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT… WHAT KIND OF UNREACHABLE GOALS ARE THEY BEING GIVEN BY THE MANAGER OR CORPORATE?!? THIS IS SO STRANGE. I DONT EXPECT MY FOOD TO BE READY WHEN I GET TO THE WINDOW BUT I ALSO DON’T EXPECT TO HAVE TO GO INSIDE IF THEY LEFT SOMETHING OUT OF MY ORDER. THE PLACE IS BRAND NEW. THE FOOD IS DELISHOUS…. THE ATTITUDE OF THE WORKERS IMPLYING THAT THEIR UNHAPPY MALES ME FEEL ITS A TRICKLE DOWN FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT AND PERHAPS THE UPPER MANAGEMENT IS UNDER RIDICULOUS RULES .. THIS IS ALL I CAN THINK OF WHILE I SIT HERE…. WAITING BY THIS BRICK WALL..
I GUESS THE BRICK WALL IS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE WAY THESE PEOPLE FEEL WHEN THEY NEED TO BE HEARD.

Decided to visit the Arby’s in Town Center. I specifically asked the manager if he would please cook my burger fresh. He says no problem, they are “cooked to order”. After placing my order, he promptly goes to the back, gets a pre-cooked patty and drops it in the fry grease….THEN he lays it on the bare counter to be prepared. SMH…pathetic!

Stay clear of this place, ordered last night (2/29/24) in the drive through. The workers looked like the walking dead at the snails pace they worked. None of the condiment items I asked for were in the bag. Ordered the Gyro and after my 5 minute trip home this thing was almost frozen! Literally beyond just room temp. Also ordered 2 shakes and neither were mixed well (choc & jamoca). Something told me this was not going to end well just based off the laxidasical attitude of the employees. Do what you will with this review, I will be steering clear of this location (too many other options that are better in the area anyway).
