Waited 2 hours for a delivery that never showed. Had to call to ask where my food was to be told they couldn’t find the address and they never called me. I went and picked it up and this is what I was given.

Very rude. Went in to have dinner with my family and the dinning is closed. So my husband went in because people was inside eating and asked why the dinning was closed and the manager said well we are down server and I don’t feel good and I’m not serving anyone. He said well you have people eating in your dinning room she said yeah okay and? Then said that they are closing after that family leaves!

My younger siblings come here, and they say that this place always has great pizza and service. I came here with them, and so have to totally agree! The servers and workers were cheerful and polite, despite being very busy. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I’d highly recommend this Monical’s!

I placed a delivery order. It was here before the hour I was told but my pan pizza was so doughy I could not eat it. My bread sticks were so hard the pizza sauce could not soften them. I have never had this kind of experience before with the quality of monicals food. I’m so disappointed. I don’t know that I will ever order from them again.

Our group met at Monical’s at 7pm. Most of the food was delicious! However, the Monkey Bread was doughy–not thoroughly cooked. Our waiter seemed reluctant to serve us–attitude and service were poor. Before 9pm, they were already mopping the floor with a very strong cleaning solution, and the odor filled the restaurant. Not our most enjoyable dining experience!
