My mother and I visited this location today to see how their take on French classics measures up. As French natives, we were curious to see if the “Paris” in the name held true!
The Food: Classics vs. Creative Twists
While the menu isn’t strictly traditional French, they do a marvelous job with the classics. The baguettes and croissants were excellent.
• The Baguette: Unlike in France where they are typically served at room temperature, these were served warmed up—and they were actually great that way!
• The Variety: They offer a wide, fun assortment of pastries that blend different cultural themes. It’s a great spot if you want to try something a bit more adventurous than a standard pain au chocolat.
• To-Go: We couldn’t resist taking a box of macarons, another baguette, and a croissant home with us.
The Atmosphere & Service
The staff was very welcoming, and it was a treat to watch them assembling cakes right at the front.
• The Coffee: I tried to order a flat white; the cashier wasn’t familiar with it, so I opted for a latte instead. It wasn’t “perfect” coffee, but for a bakery latte, it did the job.
• Seating: We went around noon in the winter. The shop gets very busy and noisy quickly. Since the patio was closed due to the chill, indoor seating filled up fast. Pro tip: Get there early or plan for takeaway!
Final Verdict
The cakes in the fridge looked stunning—we are already planning to come back for a birthday cake. While it may not be a traditional Parisian boulangerie, it’s a high-quality bakery with friendly service and delicious bread.

The pastries are beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and delicious. The two cakes, Signature Roll Cake and Red Velvet Cake we enjoyed for a special occasion were outstanding. The staff were friendly and the location was bright and welcoming. There were self-serve bakery cabinets with a plethora of divine treats. This place is worth the visit and is very unique. This place undoubtedly offers the most delicious egg sandwich I have ever tasted, and I consider myself an egg salad sandwich enthusiast. It includes basil and thin cucumber slices—pure heaven. The almond croissant was simply amazing as well. I love the outdoor seating and there is plenty. Just a heads up: the single restroom can get quite busy. The restaurant has a distinct food smell, more like a dining venue than a bakery or café. I definitely plan to return to try the tuna and chicken salad sandwiches.

I recently visited the new Paris Baguette in town, and I have to say, the atmosphere is fantastic! The place looks great, very chic and welcoming, perfect for a coffee or a snack. The staff was friendly, and it has a nice upscale vibe.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected for such a stylish bakery. However, I was hoping the taste of the items would reflect that too. I tried a few pastries, and while they were good, they reminded me more of what you’d get at Safeway but with a fancier presentation. They just didn’t stand out as much as I hoped they would.
Hopefully, next time, the flavors will be as special as the place itself. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re looking for a nice spot to relax with a treat.

We desperately needed something like this in our area. The food has been excellent each time we have been there. The delicately crafted pastries are simply amazingly fresh and tasty. The two cakes we had for Mother’s Day were superb. Coffee is also a very important item for us, and Pairs Baguette did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive. I needed just a little direction as to their process from where to get a tray, to selecting items from the cases or selecting made to order items. There are places to sit inside, as well as patio seating with umbrellas out the back. This place is going to be a very regular spot for us.

The cwaaasaanns were buttery and flaky. Same with the Pain Au chocolat. Same with the chocolate pastry. The pastrys were just as good. I ate more than I should’ve
As for coffee, the Pistachio latte was definitely better hot than iced….and although a Cortado was not on the menu, Riley was kind enough to fix me one.
So to summarize, solid coffee, amazing service, delicious bakery items! Decent space inside and out….and plenty of parking. Definitely recommend this place.
