Definitely not “Hot n Ready”
30minute wait for 1 pep and 1 cheese…. smh not the first time.
Edit: Today, March 1st again, we called ahead little after 10:30 when they open. They said the simple cheese only pizza would be ready, once I said ok thank you, all I got was a “mmm” from the black lady. It’s now 20 min after open and nothing is in the oven. When we go pick up, the cashier black guy just looks annoyed bored or sleepy. I would name them both but they are not even wearing name tags.
Managers: Please get better employees with positive work ethics and social skills (manners at least, even if they have to fake being nice)
It’s a negative feeling leaving a place that should have your food ready especially when you call ahead.
Another thing, fridge was broken for a while, my wife pointed it out once to them and weeks later I came in got a drink at room temperature and put it right back.
This visit went from 0-5min wait to about 30minutes. Very unprofessional

When Little Ceasers Pizza first came to Beaumont they were really good. And their bogo free didn’t hurt.(hence Pizza Pizza) but starting about 20 years ago they went with the cheapest ingredients possible. Their Pizza isn’t awful but it’s not very good either.

Overall a good experience and If you are looking for a good Little Caesar to eat at I would recommend eating there
Cashier: Very Friendly and Very Professional
Food: I’ve tasted better from Little Caesars but worth the money nonetheless.
Atmosphere: Not aesthetically pleasing. When you first walk in you notice they have remodeled which is good, but then I immediately look up and notice very dirt ceiling tiles. Dirty enough to make me contemplate eating there.

The lady who waited on me was angry when I walked up. I ordered 3 pizzas grabbed 6 dipping sauces and 2 liters. I paid. Then was waiting on her to bag my drinks and sauces. She said “what you need now”? I said please bag my items. She grumbled and tried to hand me the bags for me to bag it. I said you can bag it for me. She said “We don’t do that?” I said “You don’t bag up items?” She said “I don’t know how you want?” I said just put it in the bag. She begrudgingly put items in the bag. She continued to complain as she walked away. I could hear her from the kitchen complaining to co-workers as I waited for the pizzas. I wouldn’t recommend this particular store. I understand a bad day but she was just mean!

See picture below. Ordered online and order was supposed to be ready at 8:15 in the portal. Nothing in the portal. My husband was there until 8:40. There was no one at the counter to ask why it wasn’t in the portal. I called 5 times in that time period and no answer. Food was cold and I didn’t receive an item. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. It had gone downhill. The last time my husband was in there an employee cussed out a customer.

Stopped at little Caesar’s for a quick dinner. We stopped by at around 5pm on a Friday. The worker said it would be 15 minutes. Which isn’t ideal when you expect “hot and ready” but not a huge deal. I sat and waited. While waiting, I saw workers throwing pepperonis in the back and not a single worker had gloves on. The environment in the back also looked very unclean.
When my order was finally ready, I hurried out to my car just to realize part of the order was missing. I came back in to get the rest of the order and the girl loudly talked to the coworker in the back and said, “didn’t we give her order to her already?” And wouldn’t address me to see why I came back in.
When we got home, the pizza tasted as usual but our breadsticks had charred marks on them. Not a great experience.

Every time I visit this location, I am satisfied with their service and food. Staff is welcoming and professional. Food is fresh and hot. The only thing I would change is that the crazy bread isn’t baked long enough for my taste. I like mine, golden brown and not gummy looking, if that makes sense. I also ordered online, and there’s no space to put in a request for that. I could’ve called as well, but no problem; I placed mine in my oven when I got home. I will continue to visit this location. Thank you.
