Most of the staff is so friendly and welcoming, but this experience bothered me. I thought my young child said white rice, when I apologized and said they wanted fried rice, Victoria seemed annoyed and tossed the white rice back into its container aggressively. I said Thank you and apologized again… No biggie, What really made me want to write this is my child colored a picture for her (Victoria) and she also seemed annoyed and told someone to go put it in her locker, didn’t smile or say thank you, or acknowledge my child. Victoria needs some customer service training and to practice some gratitude, if she didn’t have customers, she wouldn’t have a job… so maybe treat customers better.

Food was missing on our plate. All we were offered for compensation was the missing food. Considering the 40 min round trip to pick up the replacement items, dinner was ruined. Definitely not worth the $60. I don’t intend to return any time soon.

So surprised to have such bad food!!
I took pics when I got home, 20 minutes away.
I called the store, only to be asked. “Well, what would you like me to do sweetie?”
Sweetie, and so condescending!!
What I would like is for you to not make people sick.
I tried to eat a spring roll on the way home and noticed it was gummy. Spit it out, took a drink, and didn’t think anything of it?
Got home to enjoy dinner. ANGUS steak side was so hard and gummy you could not chew it, went in the trash.
Crab – Rangoon, literally looked like rotting cheese and was slimy on the inside. Other spring rolls are not even cooked. All thrown away. ( pics included)
Orange chicken is so darn crunchy, like the meat, was cooked out of it. Thrown away.
Noodles. – the only thing worth eating.
Sadly, I asked for the manager, and the young woman who answered the phone said she would let her know and hung up!!
Not, I repeat, NOT a way to conduct business. I will be contacting corporate now for a full refund.
Never eat here again.

Arrived about 2:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon. The store wasn’t busy. The lady that helped us was too distracted in a conversation with her coworker to take our order at first. When she did take it, she was not very friendly. When she filled my 3rd item on a Bigger plate, she only filled it about 3/4 full. It was Teriyaki chicken. When I asked for a little more, she said no, that you only get one piece of chicken. I’ve been eating at Panda Express for years and have never seen such poor/rude service. My suggestion, stay away from the St. Joe, MO location.

atmosphere very busy the moment you walk in. The service is fine, no complaints. I gave a 1* for the food. Several reasons, the chow mein I asked for tasted like the noodles had been sitting around in a pot for a good long while, over cooked, maybe? I asked if there was any plain chicken, one server questioned me, plain? I don’t know what that means. I should have asked what chicken is mild? Another server suggested Sesame Chicken, I gave a nod & agreed. The green beans mixed in with the sesame chicken were great!! The sesame chicken, I could taste curry & ginger. Ooo whee-the ginger was definitely strong & bitey, the curry was a bit strong as well. The crab rangoons were tasty! Bottom line, I ate a portion of the dinner, I ended up throwing the rest of the $11 meal away. Not willing to risk eating anymore of that kind.

I don’t know what’s up with this location lately, but the food is so terrible now every time. I always hope it’ll be how it tasted a couple years ago, but it never does. The chow mein tastes so different than it used to, beef and broccoli is basically all boiled. Just terrible. Always great service, but the food is just not good.

Stingy on food. When something is extra charge they do not tell you. They tell you it’s your fault after you ask them. Also plastic found in noodles. “crispy” almond chicken not crispy at all and taste stale like it was there all day..

We like Panda’s food but, the service lacks everything. Tonight we placed our orders in the St. Joseph, MO restaurant #1037 and my wife and I ordered String Bean chicken and Sweet Fire chicken our favorites. They didn’t have these items up so they called out to the cooks for these items and said order waiting. They dished up the items they had ready, setting them aside on the counter, while we waited. I then paid for the food, the cashier handed me the receipt and turned away saying nothing, showing zero gratitude for my purchase. 14 minutes later as per the time stamp on the receipt we were still waiting for the SB chicken. The SF chicken was ready pretty quick and was nearly gone again when finally the SB chicken was ready. My patience was completely gone and I politely requested they start over with our order as the original order was now cold. I didn’t feel that my request was unreasonable, as I paid full price for hot food. They then short dipped the food items we were waiting on and we got about 1/2 the amount that we normally get. Our daughter got the broccoli beef and there was NO beef as all in the serving. We were offered no apology for the lost time or inconvenience. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this facility. I wont be back for a long time! They need to start over with their staff.
