Went through the drive through around 9pm on a Saturday night with 3 cars already ahead of us. Ordered a banana split, vanilla shake, fries and a chili cheese dog. I was afraid I was going to be there forever but was very happy to see that everyone was served quickly, including us. The young man at the window was extremely polite and courteous. I’ll definitely come back and support this restaurant. By the way, the food was perfect… definitely hit the spot. Well done!

Ordered two separate orders to be and to pass out in the car. They put it all together. Each of us asked for dipping sauce, we didn’t receive any. They didn’t even give us the wrong sauce. Just nothing. Staff was not friendly either. They didn’t seem extremely busy. Not often am I one to complain, but come on.

7/14/25 Monday 6:45pm worker dark hair rd. glasses (girl) needs training on how to make blizzards if she would have turned it over before handing it to me it would have been on the ground. So soft was like drinking milk with scoops of ice-cream and strawberries, plus the ingredients running along cup mess handing into car had to ask for napkins while she just laughed thus the rating very poor service today!?!

Very bad phone experience this evening. Called to order birthday ice cream cake for Saturday and was told they need 3 days for that. I said you never have before and asked to speak to manager. Was told he was assistant manager and that was the way it was. I again asked to speak to manager and he again said he was assistant so I said that means you have a boss and I would like to speak to them. He again very rudely said he was the assistant mgr and there was no one else then hung up!!!
I didn’t even want anything special. He didn’t even ask that. All I wanted was to have it say happy birthday and my childs name. They have even done that in the spur of the moment before by just getting one from the case and then adding on the extra while I waited a few minutes.
I’m not sure what this person’s issue was tonight but he definitely needs to learn some manners and respect for customers.
I called defiance DQ and they gladly took my order and said that it was no problem at all.
I will no longer do business at the Bryan location and I will gladly spread the word about the very poor service I received!!!

I ordered the chicken strip basket with the onion rings and fries. First the white sauce (I think it was ranch dressing) that came with it was very chunky. Old and expired? The chicken were not strips, but the size of nuggets with no meat, all very crispy skin. From bottom of the bag, box? Very disappointed with my meal. Service was great & the restaurant seemed clean.
