If only the pizzas were as good as they were back in the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s. The pizzas have gone down hill so bad. The pan pizzas used to be a thicker crust and more. flavorful. There used to be more and better quantity of toppings. We didn’t need to request for the pizza to be cookedfor an extra amount of time. The pizzas always came out fully cooked back in those days. It is very disappointing of how far Pizza Hut has gone down hill over the yrs. It used to be a weekly favorite thing to get a supreme pan pizza. Now, we maybe have Pizza Hut a couple times a yr only to remember why we don’t go there near as much as we used to. I remember how packed Pizza Huts used to be, and nice salad bars. Today, pffft, terrible quality at much higher cost.

Its edible but its far from satisfactory, I had skimpy toppings and zero sauce on my pizza and believe me I wanted sauce on my pizza… They forgot my 2 liter and I had to drive back. Much to be improved on. The rolls looked like they lived in the microwave for a week.

Just tried to order a pizza -15 mins on the phone passed to 3 different people , I finally had to say no thanks this is ridiculous. They couldn’t find my address ( I got a coupon sent to this address that’s why I was calling ) what the heck guys ? Absolute worst experience- I am 36 years old I’ve ordered hundreds of pizzas I’m sure . Never once needed to leave a one star review . You need an entire new staff because the THREE kids I talked to were fricken delusional. Won’t ever ever come here .

Ordered a pizza with banana peppers and they put jalapeños on it. If they would have told me that they were out of banana peppers I would have taken them off of my order. After I called them back to inform them, they said they were out of banana peppers. Didn’t inform me and switched ingredients without talking to me.
Side note, the crust is flaking off as I try to pick up a slice.

I think so far this by far the worst pizza hut I have ever got food from. The dough tasted so old, they didn’t put anything for toppings on this pizza. My breadsticks tasted so old dry and nasty. Ordered on 2/19/25 1100 never again.. the Star of 3 should be lower.

For the longest time, I have been 100% Pizza Hut! Since High School! I haven’t had their pizza in a long time. Since the pandemic, money is tight. It’s hard enough to roll out of a drive through line, with the correct items ordered. I was sick and in need of some food. So I sprung $25 for a One-Topping-Stuffed Crust Large pizza, some breadsticks and I also added extra marinara sauce. Simply because when one is wanting some delicious warm sauce and cheese filled pizza and some delicious breadsticks, what is not to stop them? I completed my Online order, tabbed into getting Text alerts regarding my order. The order was placed at 4:45pm with a guarantee of 35-45 min delivery. Not only was I never notified of the “tracking”, I waited an hr and 15 mins later to call and find out what the delay was. I work in the field of food delivery. I understand there are issues and/or complications during any transactions, but these delivery drivers work solely for this company. The delivery came and upon discovery, I found the essentials, even being a $0.70 marinara sauce, to complete the experience, was missing. The food was COLD, the breadsticks were over cooked and there was absolutely NO sauce in the pizza! See pix! I have completed the survey, made an online complaint and called Customer service! All which will do nothing for me. This is such an extreme example of how those who are suppose to be there for “us”, and be the reason to believe this world isn’t crumbling before us, that regardless, no one seems to care and I haven’t seen one thing done to fix the situation. For the future, I hope your experience is far better than mine, yet I will no longer put my hard earned money into a corporation which can’t even follow through with the most simple job they have, which is to make good quality products, deliver them on time and take accountability for their misstates and create solutions for them! Soon, only time will tell, if a true business will defy the doubt of the rest.

Been years since I have had pizza hut, they have updated somethings and the pizza seems better than it once was. Was able to pick up dinner for my family quickly and no hassle. Website is easy to use and reward system is solid.

Ordered delivery and half my order was incorrect. Missing toppings I paid extra for, giant bubble on pizza made incorrectly when trying to call was placed on hold for 10+ min to be hung up on.
