I was in the correct line. There was a female employee working that refused to wait on us and wait on somebody else who walked up after us really not impressed. She also had quite the attitude. Apparently she can choose who she waits on.

The woman with short dark hair working today needs to be retrained in customer service. I asked her if the pizzas were warm at all because I don’t like mine heated up usually. She acted confused so I asked her if they still heat the slices in the oven.. she rudely said “I don’t know”, then proceeded to put my slice in the oven. If you can’t answer basic questions you shouldn’t be a cashier.

The girl with the dark pixie cut, the one whose name tag claims “manager” is insanely rude EVERY time i go here.
Today, when she FINALLY noticed me standing at the register after 5 mins with no line, she told me I’d have to wait for a while.
I said ok and waited.
She then immediately sighed at me and came over to glare and snap at me.
All i wanted was 1 slice of pizza.
The last time i was there, she snapped at my elderly mother because she couldn’t hear what the girl was asking her.

I usually love this place. But after today and the service I received from the woman who was working I’m starting to think I may not come here again. This woman took my order and was pleasant at first. When I asked for garlic sauce she didn’t even know if there was any or not. Well there wasn’t. When it was time to pay all she said was put your card it. Nothing lit up so I didn’t realize I was putting it in the wrong spot. Well apparently I was and she yelled omg it goes right here seriously. She ripped my card out of my hand and shoved it into the chip reader. She then proceeded to grab my food and not even as if it was for here or to go. My soda was barely 3/4 of the way filled and she threw my food on the counter and didn’t even close the boxes. RUDE ISNT EVEN THE WORD.

Front is seldom staffed, even at 11:15 am when the mall is slow. Miserable, stoic, snooty young lady looks absolutely HATES her job. Does not smile. Does not greet. Does not speak. All condiment containers up front are empty and absolutely DISGUSTING to the touch. Some dude who serves spaghetti and walks away. I wait for another 3, 4 minutes all alone up front waiting for an associate to provide me some grated cheese. Dude disappears out back, fills the grated cheese dispenser and SLAMS it down on the counter in front of me. “One grated cheese, coming up!” I demand a manager. Spaghetti slinger says he is the manager but doesn’t tell me his name. Both associates are being reported to the highest authority reachable within the organization!

If I could leave a zero star review a would. Literally the worst customer service. My husband and I were picking up an order for Uber eats and the way she talked to me and my husband was absolutely disgusting. She was swearing at my husband and I saying she had no order and absolutely rude and disrespectful for no reason. Then refused to give us the managers name and called the cops and mall security when she was the one being completely rude and unprofessional. All this while my husband is on the phone with Uber eats support. This was Friday 9/22 around 6:30 pm. This girl should not have a job there and I’ll be calling corporate on Monday when they open. She should not be working with the public.

Exceptional service! When I walked up to the counter to order I was greeted by a manager and staff that were happy, energetic and enthusiastic. They greeted me with a smile, got my order ready in no time flat, and at the end of it all, when the card reader was being difficult and I was about to cancel my order, the manager told me I was all set and not to worry about it! Talk about awesome customer service!!! And the food exceeded what I would typically expect at a mall food court!

So im a delivery driver. I picked up at this location for the first time today.
One of the staff members was fairly rude, i hadnt said anything to them at all, so i didnt deserve attitude, i just approached the counter, and the girl prepping food, (tattoos and dark red hair), approached the registers holding a pizza and asked “Doordash?”, and before i had the chance to reply “Yes, picking up for…” She basically threw the pizza on the counter, said “Here ya go.”, Turned and walked away. I said “thank you” and almost left with just that, but the other girl caught me and said there was one more slice.
Neither seemed in too good a mood but either way this is not proper customer service and more training is needed

Please know I’m not petty when it comes to reviews, I know people have bad days but there are some actions that need to be mentioned. The cashier asked the young woman how long it would take for a whole pizza, she responded something inaudible to my ears. When she responded she had the most “really, your going to make me work” look I’ve ever seen. I told the cashier never mind I didn’t want to make her work and left. If you are that miserable maybe it’s time to look for a different job! I will not be visiting this establishment again.
