Efficiently run Jersey Mikes with well-done sandwiches. Definitely above-average service and quality for those we have visited around the country. Pictured is half my Regular #55. For cold sandwiches, the rosemary parm bread is our favorite.

Highly recommend Jersey, Mike Subs if you have allergy concerns. I asked for gluten free bread and an elimination of a certain meat on the Italian Sub and the person working the meat and cheese cutter took the time to completely wipe down the cutter and wipe down the entire workstation in front of the customer line. I did not expect to be treated so respectfully as a person with allergy concerns. I don’t go out to eat often because of allergies but now I know I can safely get a sandwich at Jersey Mike’s Subs. And bonus, everyone who works there is professional, friendly and delightful.

Anyone else get very sick after eating here 2/4/26? Well my wife did.

She got the Tunafish sandwich, and I got the turkey sandwich. Something seemed a little off about mine in that it tasted faintly like dish soap. I didn’t think much of it assuming I just wasn’t that hungry, and threw mine out. The wife had no problems with hers at the time too so all good…. Not all good. She ended up all night sick. There was clearly something wrong with our food! My youngest son’s soda bottle smelt like motor oil too, so I don’t know what they’re doing in that place…. changing oil or tires maybe, but definitely not making sandwiches up to health codes.

Have reported this to FINS. Won’t be returning to this establishment.

Re: To the responder below. Hard pass. You get one shot at doing right be the customer. Regardless of what your “recent health inspection report” says, the fact is that your food made someone very sick for almost 24hrs. Not ok.

There were 2 people in front of me. It took nearly 30 mins to prepare a R sized cheesesteak. So I was already getting upset. I get home and start eating and realized that it’s only filled with steak halfway through the bread. Just an fyi, I’m from the Philadelphia area and it doesn’t cost 13$ for half a cheesesteak. It cost about 10-15 for a whole cheesesteak

The place is good and clean. Customer service was good… The food on the other hand was COMPLETELY wrong. My husband picked us up 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and when he got home and we opened the sandwich we had a long uncut… Chicken cheese sandwich. 🙁 luckily we had all the other ingredients in the fridge to fix it at home but we shouldn’t have to after spending $30 on 2 sandwiches.

The quality of food is great and I’ve always had great experiences when I go in and order, but online ordering is ridiculous. They consistently pack up the cold sandwiches and leave out the hot sandwiches while they’re still cooking. At this point, it’s happened at least 5 times. They’re always apologetic and get us our sandwiches, but it’s insanely inconvenient to get all the way home and realize. After the third time this happened, we learned our lesson and started checking in the store because they do it every single time. Always make sure that you check if you’re picking a mobile order up.

Understaffed at the time. (11:00 a.m.) Bread was like eating croutons it was so old and the lettuce was brown and wilted. Not gonna visit this establishment again. Gig Harbor one seems way better!

When Jersey Mikes Sub first opened, I guess I should say a few months after they opened, my mom, cousin, and myself were excited to try a new sandwich shop, I hadn’t been back there since, and that was a few years ago.
We decided it wasn’t worth our time dining there between a terrible sandwich and less than par staff.
My hubby ate there for the first time last week and said his sandwich was decent in taste, and the staff was friendly; that was the cue I needed to re-try this sub shop.
Jersey Mikes isn’t super large; I walked in there and thought, “Wow, this place is crowded,” but after counting the people, there were only five other people.
I didn’t notice any messes on tables or a dirty floor; that’s always a bonus; I know their opening time is at 10 am, and I was there around the noon hour, so there was plenty of time to see unkempt tables or messy counters, but I didn’t see any of that.
Erika was the server that took my order; she was friendly, funny, and chatty.
She told me my bread choices, white or whole wheat, and the bread sizes. I chose six-inch on whole wheat.
According to Jersey Mikes web page,
A mini-sub would feed one person, A standard size sub that would feed two people, and a giant-size sub that would feed three people.

Thinking back on that now, I feel it was a little bit of a misrepresentation because the mini looked about 4 inches, and the standard size sandwich looked around 6 inches, and after deciding on a 6-inch tuna, I can’t imagine two adults really sharing that; I would think that maybe they would be left a little hungry; for that said, at Subway, there are plenty of times I eat about 5 inches and not the full 6 inches of my sandwich, but I usually have it loaded with a lot of vegetables.
Ok, moving on to the sandwich of the hour, which was a 6-inch tuna on wheat bread, she gave me a choice to do it Mike’s way, which are certain toppings including oil and vinegar, or create it my way; I chose my way because the vinegar on a tuna sounds atrocious.
The toppings I chose were lettuce; I prefer spinach (but I didn’t visible see any, so I’m assuming they do not offer that), pickle, onion, and jalapenos.
Erika told me about their sub-club and earning points towards free food; all I had to do was enter my phone number; I figured why not, I paid, Erika thanked me, and I left.
The first thing I noticed about the sandwich was that the wheat bread was a little more on the dry side; even with the tuna fish (that had mayo) and the juice from the pickle and jalapenos, it was still on the drier side, and the other thing, I feel like the sandwich was a little thin on toppings. I think maybe a little high on price, for what I received, but everything has gone up due to our unfortunate circumstances with on-going Covid.
Overall the sandwich was better than my first sandwich with Jersey Mike, not as good as I had hoped, and the employees (at least Erika) will make it easier to return.
Die-hard Jersey Mike customers may come after me for my following comment. The tuna fish reminded me of Subway tuna fish, similar in taste and texture and not too bad in flavor.

Jersey Mike’s location is in The Trails, 11065 Pacific Crest Pl Suite B109, Silverdale, Washington. Next to Mod Pizza.
Other businesses within walking distance are DSW, Marshalls, Sleep Number, Home Goods, and many more.
I’ve said before in another review; there is one large parking lot that everyone uses; however, I have never been in that area and have not found a parking spot.

When I walked in they were very busy! My partner told me they have a pretty good Philly cheese steak but I was skeptical. However, I’m glad I gave it a shot! It was absolutely delicious. It took a little bit of time to make because it’s cooked fresh, but absolutely worth the wait. I’m from Maryland and it tastes almost exactly like the phillys I would get there. Plus everyone was so nice and friendly.
