They must have been desperate to hire someone with no training in how to handle customer complaints – I had a “manger” disrespect me by calling me a derogatory name about how I looked in public while trying to get a refund for the food they did not give me. First I called the store and was told to drive back to the store with the food. How do I drive back with the food that was missing ?? KIRA or whatever the “managers” name is was extremely disrespectful over the phone. She hung up on me after I told her I didn’t have the food that was missing to bring back.

When I got to the store and spoke directly with KIRA I asked for the district managers number or the GM, to file a complaint about how she handled the situation. She turned around and literally walked away from the counter.

Another employee had to tell her that I wanted my money back. That’s when without a word or look in my direction she went to the counter and proceeded to give me a partial refund.

I straight up told her to start looking for a new job.
That’s when she named called me “big back” and PHYSICALLY CAME AROUND THE COUNTER as if to threaten me physically – the fact that this Tacobell has someone who doesn’t know how to handle an upset customer and resorts to calling people names and wants to physically assault them???? Unacceptable.

I filed a complaint directly through tacobell regarding her disrespect and harassing behavior.

Hopefully they replace this child with someone who is capable of de-escalation and proper customer service.

Kira, if you’re reading this. (Assuming you know how to read.) I really hope you like working low paying jobs for the rest of your life. With the poor way you handled the entire situation, that’s about all you’ll amount to in this world if you keep it up. I’m sorry your mother didn’t know how to raise you to better handle unpleasant situations. The difficulties of fast food must be so hard for you some days.

Have the day you deserve. ✌ do not go to this tacobell. The might fight you over a burrito.

Good service, this location was fast. We ordered 3 cinnamon twists, and discovered after we left there were only 2 in the bag. We have 3 children, so this was a disappointment. I wish they would check their orders more closely.

Came in to pick up some food after working 15hr shift and the place was a total wreck! Every table in the place was filthy with left overs on every table as well as the floors. The workers were yelling while talking about co workers. I would skip this place if I was you. My food was not made right either. Take my word for it, just go somewhere else.

Worst customer service. Forgot my sauce I paid extra for, made to feel like an inconvenience and had to asking again fir the sauce. Two employees walked right passed us at the front registers, no eye contact. We use the kiosk to order. Multiple customers came in after us with no greeting from the employees. I just started telling the customers to go or at the kiosk.
