Overall service was the worst I’ve ever received from any Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. It took 30 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of me. The workers barely said a word to me when I got to the window and paid for my order. When I finally got my order of a bagel with cream cheese, they chose to put less than a tablespoon of cream cheese on it. I’m very unhappy with the service, and the quality of food. I plan on never going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m normally pretty understanding because I’ve worked for Dunkin’ Donuts in the past, but this is absolutely absurd. Drive through is always served first over any in store orders. The managers of this store need to step up their game as do the workers that put little to no effort into doing anything.

Milton Road Dunkin’ is the best location in and around Rochester. Very clean, awesome staff and most importantly, their coffees are always delicious and consistent! I pass a Dunkin’ that’s closer to my house every morning just to get coffee from this Milton Road location.

I really can’t complain about Dunkin Donuts. I know it’s a chain. I know it’s convenient. That’s the point! I walked in and was able to order a dozen muffins for my staff right from the oven! Nothing tastes better than a muffin fresh out of the oven!

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! I just mobile ordered a simple iced coffee at 2:30 pm, but the drive thru took forever. It was not moving. I ended up driving off without my coffee because I didn’t want to be late for work.

Jesus Christ. 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. Gave us someone else’s order twice. Asked to get a refund. We were told they can’t and to call the manager. I ask to talk to the manager, and they try to force me to take the order they already messed up multiple times… it wasn’t even ready. Drove away. Loss of $5. ridiculous. Kids in Lebanon run dunks better than this
