Came here after snowboarding at Killington. Vibe was okay, majority of food wasn’t good. Don’t get their non-sushi dishes
– Sushi pizza ($12.25): 7/10, crispy and good flavor
– Nabe yaki udon w/ miso soup side ($15.95): 1/10, liked the noodle texture, but everything else was bad. Flavorless – had to add soy sauce to the broth but that didn’t even help? Tempura was okay. I’ve never seen imitation crab in udon before lol? Miso soup was standard, pretty good
– Pad Thai: 2/10, tried my friend’s. Lol? It looked so bland (like literally beige w/ no seasoning speckles), but actual flavor was okay and very lemony
– Crazy spicy noodle: 7/10, tried my friend’s. Def the best out of all the dishes my group ordered. Flavorful
*Note: Paying w/ cash is cheaper

Tasty food, large portions, great prices. The server was honest when we asked in ordering 3 dishes for two was too much. We still have leftovers after ordering 2 mains. Hibachi chicken and chicken katsu both were amazing.

Fast and friendly service! We loved the pork dumplings and love boat sushi. Really low prices! Great place, we’re from out of town but I would recommend if you’re in the green mountains and craving sushi!

Finding quality savory food in Vermont was challenging, but Fugi did not disappoint. The chicken udon and hibachi steak were supper flavorful and cooked very well. The portion sizes are huge and dishes are afforable. I was impressed to find all the sides, the rice stir fry and broccoli, paired with the steak tasted soo good. The friendly service definitely added to the experience. I would definitely recommend this place for the food. Points were removed for the overall mood and vibe of the restaurant. It seemed a bit dark and heavy. The food is great, but I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a complete environmental experience as well.

Pulling up to this place from the outside, I was a little hesitant because it looks a bit run down and very small. However, the inside is cute, clean, and even a little fancy! Yes, it is cozy, and it filled up fast. Very popular place. The staff were friendly. The service was quick, and the food was excellent. We went for sushi and it was lovely and delicious. The menu is varied with Japanese, Chinese, and Thai inspired options, as well. I loved the green salad – the dressing is very tasty! We don’t visit the Bennington area often, but we will return to Fuji if we do!

Go for the food, not the Hibachi experience. Photos showing Hibachi grills are old and inaccurate. No Hibachi grills anymore so no fun show while cooking. Food cooked in kitchen. Chicken, shrimp Hibachi were good. Chef special Sushi very good, 2 other rolls were good. BTW, owners can remove photos by contacting Google, they just choose not to.

I absolutely love Fuji. The food is always fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared. The prices are more than fair for the quality you get and it always feels like such a treat when I eat here.
You have to try the pineapple fried rice. It is incredible. The Satay Chicken is just as delicious and always cooked perfectly. This place never disappoints.

Best Japanese cuisine in the area. It might be the best Japanese cuisine I have had on the east coast. Definitely worth the stop. The portion sizes are large, so be careful about how much you order.
