The sub was tiny and over-priced. I ordered the Philly and some of the meat was tough from grissel. Very bland and a 6″ ran me $12 for the medium meal. Neither of the 2 employees greeted me and I felt like a burden to them. Ppl shouldn’t work at places that they hate, js. Get you a full size publix boar’s head sub for the same price. Much bigger and better, for less money (if you buy at sale price of $8.99 for foot long) . Don’t waste your money or time here, I only went to burn some time as I got a tire patched across the street. Sorry subway, but you guys suck at this location.

I’d also like to add that the place was kind of dirty. The drink are had a layer of dust on all surfaces and the bathroom looked like a murder scene. I’d be ok if I never step foot in that place ever again.

Our last visit to this subway was terrible. They had no multigrain bread. The white bread they gave us was hard as a rock. The staff was slow. They said they “ran out” of lettuce but turns out they just didn’t want to prep any. I sent an email to the manager that was listed on the receipt and received no response.

Went for a quick snack late evening – the service was slow, as there was only one employee making subs and ringing people up. He managed it well though! Also, we asked if he could please change gloves (as he’d just touched ham), he kindly agreed and even offered to get a clean knife to cut our sub – that was truly appreciated! definitely will return to this location!

There’s nothing special about the atmosphere, but we like the sandwich possibilities. The app is not easy to use, and people there are not familiar with it in order to help. Non-seniors can probably figure it out more easily, and it’s worth the discount if you can. We have certain favorites but also like to try out new choices. Hubby prefers spicy, while I select mild.

The place was clean, the customer service wasn’t good, the lady was intolerant, impatient even though we were the only customers at that time. I asked for a veggie delight and you believe you can have all the veggies in your sandwich but the lettuce looks very old and yellow, I asked if they don’t have new lettuce and she said no, the spinach were old also but what I’m going to have in my sandwich? I love lettuce but I couldn’t have lettuce , so I get spinach and some other veggies because they didn’t look too fresh, I don’t think we are going to come back here again

I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong and the girl refused to heat the chicken/cheese up before putting it on the sandwich. So, it was ice cold and pretty gross to eat. She was also pretty rude. I won’t be back.

Restaurant was clean. Went at lunch not busy at all. Two employees making sandwiches, little wait. Had philly cheesesteak made with the bottom of container. Not very fresh and not enough to complete the sandwich. Employee went and got another container, but did not put on my sandwich. As far as the other veggies, he put them on so sparingly, you would have thought he was paying out of his pocket. My husband and I use to frequent this subway at least once a week, not recently. Wow they have certainly changed. With hardly anyone in the restaurant, and the way the sandwiches are made I understand the lack of consumers. Will not be returning.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for over 4 years, but after tonight’s experience, I’ll seriously be reconsidering that. I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 8:55pm. I arrived at 9:04pm, checked the to-go rack, and didn’t see my order. The employee was helping another customer, so I patiently waited and politely gave her my name once she was free.

Without even checking, she immediately said, “That order ain’t here,” in an extremely rude tone. Confused, I explained that the app still showed it was ready for pickup. I asked if maybe someone had grabbed it by mistake, since I saw another bag left on the shelf. Rather than showing any willingness to help or problem-solve, she doubled down, telling me there was nothing she could do because her coworker had made the order and already left. That made no sense—whether her coworker made it or not, the food was clearly missing.

I calmly asked if the order could be remade. This was dinner for two after a long day and cost us $32. She refused again, even questioning if the order was really under my name. I offered to show ID and my receipt in the app. She still refused to help, refused to contact her manager, and said it wasn’t “an important matter.”

When I asked for a refund and proof it was processed, she blew up and walked away. Ten minutes later—after finally calling her manager—she came back and suddenly had two options: remake the food now or come back in the morning for a refund. So apparently it was possible to help me, but only after I was disrespected and treated like a liar.

I’ve worked in hospitality and sales most of my life, and I understand mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, or accountability. This was ridiculous, uncalled for, and completely mishandled.

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but this experience deserves to be known. I truly hope management addresse

Hello,

I and gentleman walked into subway around 9:30.

I asked Anna if I could have the ghost pepper bread. She said we don’t have that. What you see in front of you is what you get.

I said ok can I have a 6 inch? She then asked me what I’d like. I said a veggie sub. She added the cheese & then we got to the vegetables.

The gentleman next to me told her that he did not speak English and her response was ok so you don’t want to eat? I said to her that is rude. She ignored
Me. I assist how I could with the creation of his sub.

We went back to my vegetable. I asked her for more olives and she said you want extra? We’re only allowed to put 6 olives. I said ok to go ahead and put more olives that’s fine if it’s extra.

I sat down at the table and she said the dinning room is closed. I said I don’t see a sign that indicates that the dinning room is closed. She said she didn’t have a chance to put on up and her district manager is fine with her putting up a sign to close so she can close.

I asked her if I could just finish my sandwich and she said fine you’re making more work for me.

Then the gentleman sat down and he began eating. She shouted to him and said the dinning room is closed. He continued eating.
She then started to stack the chairs and stood up on the bench of the booth to tune the open sign off.

Then locked the door. Placed a sign that the dinning room was closed and started mopping the floor right next to me. The gentleman left.

A lady approached the door and looks like Anna had locked it. So I point the door that was open. Once she entered, Anna quickly told the lady that the dinning room was closed and did not greet her or ask what she wanted.

This behavior is disrespectful, disturbing and unacceptable. This is terrible customer service and treating someone who does not speak English as they lost their right to eat is racism.
