Sub cooked perfect. General manager Hezekiah does NOT have good customer service; very cold demeanor and a little rude, and I’ve been to this location 3 times with the same treatment. I’ll have to resort to a better Subway.

Subway should always be Subway but unfortunately this one in Maitland was not. The GM of all people was working and was a bad representative for the company. Zero people skills and no care at all went into his work. He had his name tag in upside down so I told him, no big deal, but that seemed to make him even more ugly. BTW, he never even bothered to fix his name tag. If you own this store, you might need to look at him before you lose your store. I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to not deal with him again!

Wonderful food and fast service. My only complaint is that I asked for just vinegar and she added oil to my sandwich. I, personally, can’t stand oil so I had to ask her to wipe it off as best as she could. However, I will definitely come back when I’m in this area.

This is the second time I came here and the people were so cheap when it came to my steak club sub they put very little meat and even cheap with the vegetables, and today I had a chicken salad they only put one chicken breast on my salad, where in other places they put two, and 3 tomatoes its ridiculous, not coming back here again, please pay attention to your customer not the girls outside getting their car towed, it’s disappointing because it is so close to work and the location is great, but people are paying for their food and they need to stop being cheap with meat and vegetables.

Very standard throughout the nation. No matter where you go if it’s a Subway it’ll taste the same. Good and clean and reasonably priced.

Horrible! Only 1 person staff, the bread selection was very limited, the cheese had a lot crusty stuff on it. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. Highly disappointed.

Went there on my 30 minute lunch break with 2 of the guys from work and there was 3 people working yet they only made 1 sub at a time while the manager wade hezekiah and the other employee just stood there watching wade was very rude wouldnt recommend this subway

45 Minutes waiting in line for a sandwich really this subway is very slow.On your lunch i would not recommend this place to go too.or if u just getting off work from a long day.Its not worth the drive.Save time and aggravation avoid this subway place if possible .Customer service is very bad at this place.
