Incredibly disappointed.. I put in my order several hours early, recognizing that I was picking up a SINGLE sandwich half an hour before they closed- my husband grabbed it on his way home from work. I had put ‘less’ instead of having the tomatoes removed completely but the sandwich was covered in them, ruining it. I also paid for extra meat, which was not on the sandwich. It was crumpled and smashed while poorly made.. we don’t eat out often because of how expensive it is, so it’s SO disappointing to actually spend money on the food just for it to be so under par (especially disappointed since I had tipped as well). Please do better for the other people that come into your store because we will not be ordering from here again.

An All American Club Sub for me. A turkey flatbread with cheese and ranch dressing for my grandson
A very hefty price of $27.79.
However, I would have to say the sub I had was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. Everything was just perfect. Bun
meats cheese bacon lettuce onions lettuce mustard mayonnaise. My oh’ My. What I call a WOW meal.
I’m not a flatbread type person but my grandson loved his order.
I’ve added 4 photos of our order.

Im finally leaving a review that I hope someone in charge will take and do something with… i cannot even count on my hands how many times I’ve had major screw ups at the drive through, extremely wrong orders as a then being treated as if it’s my fault, when I’ve triple checked the order screen before submitting… either something is wrong with the screen system or there are that many incompetent workers…. it’s made this subway my last resort when we need a quick meal.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, one footlong and one kids turkey. right off the bat i could tell that the male employee Landon didnt know what he was doing, the slicing of the bread was horrendous and the wrap job was even worse (will get to that later). the footlong was supposed to be a meal and then the kids meal is the meal in itself; He must’ve not known how to work the register either because i was overcharged by him ringing up the kids meal as a 6″ meal, and he rang my footlong up alone and charged me for the apple sauce and juice separately (which are supposed to be included in the kids meal.) I would’ve asked for a partial refund for the mistakes but i just left, as I was already in there for 15 minutes with one person in front of me who ordered one sandwich. 5 minutes later I arrive home and remove the footlong from the bag, any explanations for half the sandwich raw dogging the bottom of the bag because he cant wrap?? also didn’t subway used to have stickers to hold the paper shut? not anymore i suppose.

I was ordering a 13 sandwich/ 1 salad order for teachers at my school for teacher appreciation week. I called the day before to see what i should do that would make things easier for the staff. Ashley the manager, was very kind and helped me get the order to her. She had everything ready the next day along with lots of napkins. It was very busy when I went to pick up the order and there was an issue with the computer/total. She stayed calm with a smile on her face. Thank you for going above and beyond

I just bought 3 footlongs and they were not at all good asked for mayo had none, asked to be toasted , not toasted and asked for veggies none of that , for how expensive it has become think you should get what you pay for so disappointing use to love subway.
