We were staying in the area and Mrs. Flip Out selected Poblano’s from Google Maps and it was a great discovery! Poblano’s is an independent, authentic Mexican cafe where you can create your own custom order anytime. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the chicken rice bowl and the toppings were outstanding. Everything had great flavor and was very fresh. I went with the super burrito because of the variety meats, not realizing until he put 2 tortillas side by side, that it would also be super huge. The burrito did not disappoint; the meats were super flavorful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I was super full and could not finish it. Mrs. Flip Out also had plenty to share with Littlest Flip and Little Flip Out enjoyed the kids taco plate. Very quick, friendly service, plenty of seating for a group of any size. If you’re in the area, Poblano’s is worth the stop!

Fresh, delicious, and made to order as always! The Super Burrito is massive! It provided me with two individual meals! The staff that served me were friendly, patient, and inviting. I will be going back to try more menu items! The steak burrito is also very tasty!! **Update** The customer service is outstanding!! I showed up to grab some lunch to go, but it was about 20 minutes early, before they opened. I fully intended to wait in my car until they opened, but as soon as they saw me park in front, they turned on their open sign and unlocked the door!!

Tried this restaurant on a spur of the moment type of deal. The chicken rice bowl was absolutely delicious and filling. Prices are reasonable also. The ordering process is similar to Qdoba where you can get whatever toppings you want on your food. A good restaurant for those looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch and don’t have too much time to dine in.

Friendly staff, clean facility, comfortable and bright atmosphere. As someone else mentioned, the meat itself could be a little more seasoning, however, the food was very good. The burritos are huge as indicated by the picture. I wear 2X gloves. Definitely recommend smothering the burritos. I think the chips are homemade and very tasty I will be visiting this place often!

It’s a lot bigger inside then I expected. We went at lunch time and the line moved very quickly. Staff was friendly and food was great. As you can see the serving size is very large. I couldn’t finish that burrito, but I sure wanted to try.

Ingredients were very fresh, but lacking in flavor. Reallllllly needed seasoning on the meat + sauces. My taco salad was disgustingly soggy at the bottom because of how quickly it was served (not allowing ingredients time to drain).
Servers were friendly, but not particularly helpful for a first time visit – they would do one step and look to us for guidance on the next step, but wouldn’t actually ask a question, so there was confusion on both sides. And honestly, I feel like it was a bit overpriced for the items we ordered.

Love this place the food is always so good and I always get the super burrito and it’s always delicious! I’ve never seen somebody finish one and say they are still hungry. Two (large) flour tortillas, chicken and steak, two types of rice, sautéed veggies, and then I top mine with lettuce, pico de Gallo, black olives and cheese. 10/10 would recommend!!
