It’s very frustrating when you place an order on the app with very clear instructions. The order was a simple bakers dozen bagels with cream cheese. When the order was picked up I confirmed with the window person that there was cream cheese and utensils but it wasn’t until I got to my office that I found out that that was not true. I called to ask them to just refund the cream cheese and they said that they can’t and that I have to come back inside to do that. What is the point of using an app when all the convenience is lost through an accuracy and still having to go back inside.

That’s was a depressing grilled cheese sandwich. I can make a half melted cheese sandwich on bread at my house. That just seemed lazy…. Also…. What I paid didn’t match the menu prices. The smell that came out the window at the drive through was mildly gross…. Not sure what it was. Maybe cleaning supplies? Definitely didn’t smell like food.

One of the best Panera Bread locations hands down. Excellent staff members. They’re very polite and always there to make sure your order is up to your expectations. While we always liked Panera Bread products, we mainly always enjoy coming to this particular locations simply because of their exceptinoal customer care. If you place your order online you can be sure it’ll always be ready for your arrival. There was one instance my order wasn’t ready on time (due to system issues and not fault of anyone). It didn’t take them more than 7 minutes to complete my order and for caused inconvenience they offered a side order free of charge. I just wish other businesses would take an example or two from this PB store to improve their customer service skills. And of course most importantly their products are always fresh and delicious. CDC COVID-19 guidelines are followed fully. We’re very pleased with this store.

I have given this place so many chances, only because Panera has pretty good food. However, they have the slowest drive thru service everrrrrr… it’s a little overpriced for what you get, which I don’t mind if you get my order correct. Today, 05/29/2023, was the last straw, I made a DoorDash order so I paid a premium for my order, see photo of receipt. Part of my order was 6 bagels, tub of cream cheese, and a tub chive onion smear. The receipt has boxes to check off to insure the items are bagged, of course they didn’t use their own system to insure order accuracy and I didn’t receive my cream cheese or chive onion smear… now I have a six pack of bagels that are basically worthless. I’m done with the Niceville Panera location.

I have to say I’ve never been treated so well at a restaurant. A quick back story. I used door dash to bring me lunch the other day. My salad came how it comes but I ordered without onions and tomatoes. I called just let them know they put my name down and said they would make it right next time. So I finally had a day I could go in and the day manager was so sweet and actually thanked me for coming in and letting them fix it. I don’t usually leave reviews but this manager needs a raise for the way she is running that store. Plus my lunch was amazing!!!!

Bought a soup, 1/2 salad and coffee and wife bought a cheese pizza. Over price ($28.00) see photo, underwhelmed by the portion size and flavor quality. The order was processed and my name appeared, then moved to ready but was not out on the counter, then it disappeared and finally about 3 minutes later it appeared on the counter. Total time for soup salad and pizza nearly 15 minutes. I think they are measured by corporate on how fast they prepare meals. Otherwise they would have had my name up only after it was on the counter. I also saw 2 hot meals for table delivery set they for over 5 minute while i was waiting for mine.

This location is perfect for a nice mid day stop alone to eat and read email or to catch up with friends. Great clean seating inside and outside. A terrific selection of pastries and all your favorite salads! The staff are friendly and fast, I appreciate both with a dollar tip. There is drive thru at this location and decent parking but its Florida…I hop on my bike from Swift Creek and ride.
