Paid for my order and stood there 10 minutes for the ASM to come tell me it was going to be a 15 minute wait because what I ordered wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for you to tell me that it was going to be another 15 minutes and then to top it off the ASM Marsha didn’t even know the number to customer service. Go say 1800 complain. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been to many KFC’s. This one doesn’t know how to cook the extra crispy chicken right. I’ll get the original recipe next time. They also didn’t drain the grease off well enough. Please bring back those boneless honey bbq wings. Those use to be all that i bought, they was that good. Update, this place can be a hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is not bad. Other times,.their breading is not like other KFC’s breading at all, sometimes it’s just plain out nasty. Now the chicken pot pie is awesome.

The guy working the drive thru was not listening nor paying attention to our order, charged us incorrectly and proceeded to argue with us about what we ordered. Thank fully the manager came around and fixed the problem. She got us the correct food and gave us a refund for what we were overcharged. The manager was great. The window boy however was trash
