Doughnut was so stale. I got a creme filled. It had maybe 1/2 teaspoon of creme in it. The apple fritter was stale. Zero apple. Total waste of $6. I threw them in the trash.

Easily the worst Dunkin I have EVER been too. For context, I travel for work a lot and go to 4-5 Dunkin Donuts in different locations weekly as I like the coffee. I have never waited 30+ minutes for a coffee when there are 2 cars in the drive through and an empty lobby. Sucks that the worst dunkin is my hometown one. Never again at this location.

Great Experience! My Iced Caramel Latte was in my hand less than 5 minutes after entering the store. The staff was friendly, the space and bathrooms were clean and it even had a nice drive thru. Great place to go if you are on your way to or from the airport!

I usually love this Dunkin, but they aren’t picking up the phone and I’m got the wrong order. Ordered a mocha, and the beverage was made without it today. I love the woman who usually works drive thru, the gentleman there today didn’t have my order correct and the workers seemed confused. I tried my drink when I got to the office and it’s made wrong. I can’t come back today so that’s frustrating. Usually very pleasant but not consistent.

By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Literally takes forever to get your order, like every. single. time. No urgency… you’ll sit in line for 10 minutes without moving some days. The drinks/food is almost always a miss and I’m then upset that I spent the money. So save your money and go to Starbucks. TRUST ME.

I ordered my usual iced coffee…this came floating to the top after all the ice melted…a used latex glove. I went in and told the supervisor Roxanna about it all she did was smile, no apology and said do you want another one or a refund? The smile though….is this funny? You should be ashamed it happened. So not impressed. I contacted corporate but since this is independently owned they sent the complaint to the owners. I will not be back. This place has gone down hill.

Didn’t get much of a greeting from the barista, but she made me a good tasting iced caramel macchiato!! Straw and sugar station could’ve been a little cleaner! They have airport arrivals and departures info on the TV screen, so that’s pretty helpful if you need to catch a flight or pick some one up from the airport!

I visited this Dunkin Donuts location while visiting in Asheville, NC and boy was I surprised to see my vanilla cream filled donut empty. I had purchased a variety of products from that location but my favorite item wasn’t filled. I tried calling them but no one answered the phone.

Great DD location and right next to the airport. Clean and plenty of seating. Everyone working there was very nice – Jordan took our order with a smile. The egg bites are great and the Snackin’ Bacon is a must; Sweet and peppery. A very pleasant experience.
