Visited this esablishment on our way home today. A very nice girl was taking my order in the drive through. I ordered a 4pc tender combo, and a cheeseburger combo, then I hear a guy on speaker say “jesus” in a very irritated/annoyed tone. I didn’t address that at that point. I also order a cheeseburger kids meal, and a tender kids meal for my hungry children. I then hear the same guy very loudly sighing on the speaker. I said “are you okay”, after a few seconds of silence from the ignorant guy and the nice girl that was taking my order, the guy states he didn’t realize his mic was on. I told them to forget my order and I would go elsewhere. I called the store to make a complaint as that was an extremely unprofessional and rude interaction. The “manager” I spoke to on the phone sounded an awful lot like the guy on the speaker. So I am posting here just to ensure this lovely interaction was reported somewhere.
The “manager” I spoke to asked me to come back. I live out of state and was just passing through heading home. I let him know I will not be returning, he stated “I figured so”.
I’ve worked fast food in ny day, I get being irritated and not wanting to serve customers. Note to staff, make sure your mic isn’t on when you are having a miserable day so customers cant hear you.

Since when do combo meals not come with beverages? They are combo meals for a reason and they advertise coming with drinks. I swear, every time you order from this place, you have to explain that saying a number meal is a combo meal. It’s never been anything else. Yet, they act like it isn’t, give you just a burger but charge you fully for a combo meal without giving everything that comes with it.
And it’s not just the high schoolers that do this. It’s the grown adults, too. It wasn’t even busy either and I still had to wait an average of twenty minutes. We were the ONLY car in the driver through.
Honestly, if you come here, just keep in mind it’s not a fast food place as advertised and the employees all like to intentionally forget how to do an order. Why are they forgetting half of what is ordered if it’s on a screen in front of them?

Food is usually good but significantly longer wait times than any other location I’ve been to. Rarely have I seen anybody over 18 working here – which I fully support high schoolers having jobs – but without supervisor they have all turned it into a social club. Most do not even acknowledge your existence as you stand their ordering from them. I have never seen a single team member wearing gloves. Seems management needs to be far more present. Also apparent that the owner doesn’t care about customer feedback as they only issue the same generic response to all reviews. This location only remains successful as it is the only real fast food option in town.

Service has been good but the food has made me and my family sick- mostly the burgers. Haven’t had issues with any chicken or fish just the beef items. Only had issues with the soft serve treats occasionally but never the prepackaged items. Food quality is a 50/50 percent chance it won’t make you sick. Eat at your own risk and be prepared to take a gamble.

The young man, Cutter, who helped me in the drive-through was fantastic—very courteous and friendly. He made the experience pleasant and welcoming. However, I did have a concern during my visit. While waiting in the drive-through, I had a clear view of the kitchen area and noticed one of the managers (I believe her name was Dee) with her shirt pulled up, rubbing her bare stomach in front of others by the cash registers. I did not see her wash or sanitize her hands afterward, which struck me as unprofessional and unhygienic. Thankfully, she didn’t handle my food, but it was still concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.

One of the worst Dairy Queens I have ever been to. Long wait times for subpar food. Constant equipment failure, and no additional exit from the drive through if you choose not to purchase anything or if you can’t purchase item due to equipment failure. The staff don’t seem to care. Don’t waste your time or money at the Tecumseh location.

The kid working the counter was too busy jacking and trying to be cute with the customers after us. They were probably around his age. He let our food get cold sitting on the counter while he was making “funny” voices while taking orders. This happened around 915pm on 07/03/24.
