We had a great experience at Tsunami. The staff was genuinely kind, the restaurant was very clean, and the service was fast. We ordered everything to go, and the food was packed perfectly, which really mattered since we were traveling.

We spent a few days in Bowling Green and wish we had found this place sooner. The pho was the standout. The meatballs were hands down the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many pho restaurants. The broth was rich, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh.

My kids ordered Chinese and Japanese dishes, while my wife and I went with Korean options, and every meal was excellent. Big portions, amazing flavors, and nothing felt rushed or sloppy. It’s easy to see why this spot is a local favorite. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town.

Definitely a diamond in the huge competition in bowling Green. Had the fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork. I normally have it with more veggies in the wrap but I definitely hit all the right spots (ease up on the noodles a bit). Pho was almost as good as I make a home. Not overly sweet, beef broth was clean and refreshing. Onions just barely cooked through. I am definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

I’m no expert in Vietnamese cuisine but I have eaten a variety of Vietnamese food and this restaurant offers some great options. Try the classic beef Pho or the vermicelli with egg rolls.

Comfort and Kindness comes with the food. Be prepared for quality service at a reasonable price.

It was my first visit. I was very impressed by our waitress. She took the time to explain the menu.

I decided on P5 – it was a pho with a variety of meats. It was very good. We also had a Crab Rangoon with a sweet and sour sauce.

I will be back!

No complaints at Tsunami. They offer Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese dishes. The servers were attentive and nice, and the place was clean. The Pho was plentiful for a filling meal and then plenty to take home for another meal. Appetizers were good too. I look forward to trying more dishes.

This place has the best Pho in Bowling Green, as well as terrific teriyaki, sweet and sour chicken, general Tso’s, etc. The crab wontons are delicious too. Great prices and very nice people!

We were the area and most of the food places are closed on a Sunday. This place is a savior for starving people like us after hiking the 4 hour Mammoth Cave tour. The Pho i got was very tasty. The service were quick and we got our food for a short period. Our servers were attentive making sure we got everything we need. Price is reasonable and lots of food to choose from.

Surprisingly good. With a name like Tsunami serving both Vietnamese & Japanese foods, we didn’t think it would be that good. We wanted to try the other Vietnamese restaurant, but they were closed on Monday. We went here instead. 5 of us had the pho & 1 had a rice dish. Pho was very good, huge portions with lots of meat. Grilled pork chop for the rice dish was delicious. Service was friendly & prompt. Well done Tsunami.

Listen, this is my friends and I favorite spot to get Vietnamese. I always get the fresh spring rolls with pork & shrimp and peanut sauce, (I mix in a little bit of Sriracha with the sauce). I just recently put some of the fish sauce (they had salty and sweet ones), *inside* the roll after I bit into it and – oh my god, so good. I do wish they would make them fatter, load it up that noodle and basil, but maybe one day…

My go-to entree is always the phó, either just the rare steak one or the LOADED one with meatball and tendon too. The broth *was* lacking in flavor this time around, but still, it hit that craving I had.

Service has been a bit of a mix these last few months. Sometimes it’s really good and sometimes it’s not great, but I’m not here for great and superb service, I’m here for the grub. I’m the type of person that if I need something, I ask for it and don’t mind doing so. It’s just funny when the server asks the table if we need utensils for our rice and noodle meals, like yes… If you see 4 people sit down, just bring 4 utensils. One of the other girls helping was phenomenal and even gave me a ramekin of 4 huge lemon slices for my to-go Diet Coke, it may have been a small gesture, but that little thing makes me want to go back.

As for atmosphere; I really wish it gave more Vietnamese vibes. It definitely needs an update to the interior as some of the booths are falling apart; traditional music playing would definitely add to the ambience, some updated tables for seating, and lighting are *much* needed. I hope they’re able to do that one day!
