We were driving through Hamilton and needed to stop somewhere for a quick bite. Dairy Queen Grill and Chills are one of the Fast Food places that never disappoint us. So we stopped in and it is still true, did not disappoint. We had the Chicken Strip basket combo with queso dipping sauce and a double cheeseburger and fries. The sweet tea was delicious.
The dining area was nice and clean, so were the restrooms, lots of employees on deck and all were working together and helping each other very nice to see. Great customer Service from everyone. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Never Never Never returning!
Ordered 2 milkshakes at about 2:30 in the afternoon and paid.
We pulled into the drive-thru lane but the 3 cars in front of us did not move at all for 10 minutes. I assumed they had ordered meals. I just wanted two milkshakes.
So I went inside to see if it would be quicker. There were two people waiting on the order they had placed.
One woman was waiting to place her order. She offered to let me step ahead of her. With gratitude . . . I did. Placed my two chocolate milkshake order . . . paid and stepped back.
Then . . . the server took the gracious woman’s order for a strawberry sundae . . . which she immediately preparedt and gave it to her. I was optimistic. Perhaps I would get out quicker than the drive thru.
NOPE.
What I had not seen is that the Server had been holding tickets for no less than 20 orders ahead of mine. She pulled the tickets off the printer . . . they stretched twice as tall as herself . . . she tried to count them . . . but . . . it was overwhelming. She tore and sorted the tickets to the prep stations and finally began filling orders . . . one at a time . . . and then . . . she walked outside . . . carrying one order out at a time . . . to find the customer in the picnic area.
Based on her pace, I calculated my wait to be over an hour. We were simply stopping for milkshakes on our way home with groceries.
She never warned me . . . she never apologized . . . just took my money and didn’t say a thing about the wait time.
I waited over twenty minutes more.
Our order had not come up on the screen.
So . . . we left.
Even though I had paid
and would get NOTHING
Never Never again.

The staff was very nice and friendly, but this is the second time I have been through where I have asked for extra EXTRA toppings in my blizzard and have gotten nothing but vanilla ice cream. My family came tonight and you would think after spending over 30 dollars we would get something more than just vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing.

Practically nothing healthy on the menu. No wonder our nation has an obesity epidemic. Everything is fried in unhealthy seed oils. No grilled chicken options. Not impressed. Great service. Clean. Had a salad with a hamburger patty w. honey mustard dressing. Tasty, but it was a stretch.

I ordered some chicken strip basket and I ordered a sandwich.And showed pictures of my food that I just got the night prior and asked them if they could just remake my food and they wanted to act like I’m lying to them. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect in my life would never go back to this place ever you put your customers first and you don’t treat them like they’re criminals for them. Messing up your food. Went through drive through which I never do, asked for cups and lids did not receive so by the time I got home, it was melted all over my daughter which ruined her shorts. Then her ice scream had almost no ice cream in it at all.

Staff were friendly so no complaints there, however the menu that was presented to me in the drive through was very unclear- so for future reference for anyone else that comes here- if you order the 4 piece chicken strip basket- as it appears as a combo is not a combo- your drink is not included so what is presented to look like a 8.79 meal is in fact not what it results on your receipt of 11.48. All I’m saying is that it is false advertisement- in ALL other fast food franchises a combo includes drink and the fries where as at this location it does not. Just FYI. Your drink LS are separate and nearly $3.
