They weren’t able to accept any more drive thru orders when I came by, but I was welcomed inside to place an order. I told them I had a mobile order already placed & they generously offered to bring my food out to my car! Everything down to the dipping sauce was correct + silverware + napkins. Great trip!

Terrible experience at this KFC in Richmond, VA—no customers in sight, yet my simple order took forever to prepare, with staff ignoring the counter and chatting among themselves. When it finally arrived, the attitude was downright rude—snappy responses and zero apologies. Cold food, wasted time, and zero care for customers. Avoid this branch! 1 star.

Whoever was working the drive thru just now needs speech therapy and a lesson in customer service. The entire staff needs a lesson. All you hear is a bunch of loud talking and they weren’t talking about orders. Cashier was on her phone. I just went for a pot pie and it was cold in the middle. That’s a 1st for me. This location needs an entire new staff and management. And it was only 2 cars in front of me and it took over 20 minutes.

I am very patient when it comes to understanding if people need extra time or just simply understaffed. What I don’t understand is how someone can ask me close to three times what I ordered and I STILL get the wrong thing. I ordered and was asked to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes for my order while they fry more chicken which took 30 minutes to get. I get home, and one piece of chicken from my two piece combo was missing and my tender chicken combo didn’t have the sides I asked for. They literally put whatever they wanted in there.
