My first time getting food at this location. The tacos were filled full and even looked nice. The shells are too thin, but I know they changed them awhile back. Employee was super friendly. The order took a bit which seemed longer than it should for just filling tacos and putting in a box.

Wow, the crew was slammed with business & they were doing a great job keeping up. 2 cars ahead of us & it only took 5 minutes to get our Blizzards from ordering them. Ample bits in the Blizzards. I can see why the drive thru is packed every time we go by. Good job!

I used the drive-thru after work to grab a large ice-cream cup. The person taking the orders was fast and friendly! The ice cream was also ready to serve quickly. Flavor of the ice cream was good of course. The service at this location today was excellent! I’ll be back to this location when I’m in the area.

I’ll start off with saying the Ice Cream Blizzard was good. The Cashier was very polite and helpful.
The Bad:
When I received my blizzard I noticed that there were 2 cups. I didn’t think much about it. I honestly thought the person who made my blizzard grabbed one too many cups and just left it. But as I continued to eat my ice cream, I began getting pieces of Styrofoam in the bites of ice cream. Then about halfway through my ice cream I ended up chewing on a big piece of Styrofoam. I looked in my cup and discovered the real reason for the 2nd cup was because the mixing machine put a big hole in the cup.
Now my question is, why would you serve that to a customer? Why would you not remake it? I would have had no problem waiting a few extra min. Things happen, and I’m understanding. But, to blatantly just try to cover it up and serve it anyway is unacceptable.
What if that would have been a child???!!!!
That is the thought I’d like the person to keep in mind when handling other people’s food.

I went there because it was close to the pool hall. Well, my husband was shooting a tournament. I got him 3 tacos and me a 4 piece tender, the tacos were so soggy, they fell apart. The only thing’s hot in my the chicken strip was the gravy. I was like, okay, whatever a few hours later. I decided I wanted ice cream, A blizzard went back up there to the dairy queen again.And this time the same girl waited on me. I ordered my husband blizzard, and then ordered mine. She was so confused. It was really funny and it was very simple. She added stuff to mine that I did not order, and added chocolate to his which I said I did not want
At 1 point I finally asked for the manager and lady said, I am the shift manager. I told her the issues and she was very rude. Asking me, what do I want her to do about it? There was nothing she could do. I will never go back

Just let me start off by saying…I love DQ nachos.I just bought 50 to 60 dollars worth of food.I ordered to 4 piece chicken strip with drinks ,Tacos,Cheese nachos with peppers on side and extra cheese on side.I got the two chicken strips with the drinks,Nachos so stale you couldn’t eat them ,no extra cheese,so I moved on to tacos and same thing.The shells were so stale,no crunch at all…the malt was like drinking sweet milk it was so then….The only good thing about this trip was the cashier was very sweet…..pleas make sure your employees are closing you chips

Usually a daily 5:00 trip to the window for ice cream where they are very courteous. Great place to go
