Ordered from here via Just Eat to eat at home. Have used them before and they used to be OK.

Food arrived, and all the trays were covered in excess oil on the lids, the poppadoms, the onion salads… Plastered in oil.

The poppadoms and onion salad was OK, even though the onion salad was hot from the food, and covered in oil.

We ate our starter, and then went to unpack the oil covered mains…

So much oil… So much.

The wife and I got 3 pieces of kitchen roll for EACH meal, and they soaked up the oil saturated food… 6 squares of kitchen roll saturated with excess oil… That we then threw away.

The Keema naan was the smallest that I’ve ever seen, roughly the size of a sandwich plate.. Which cost £4.

The wife’s chicken Balti had bones, and gristle, in the meal, that she spent either picking or spitting out, and neither meal had any authenticity in it.

I’ve tasted better SOUP!

The whole meal cost £30…

And 70 percent of it were thrown away.

Last time I order here, so I don’t care if they see a bad review… Your standards have dropped massively yet you still charge restaurant prices.

Maybe it was just a bad night for the chef… But I’ll not risk ordering from here again.

I’d rather have a chip butty…

You have been advised……

Just ate there tonight. Never been before. Lamb chop starter and misses chicken tikka. Nice chicken but no real flavour. My lamb choostarted was tough with very little lamb.
To the main.. My mixed grill was very good but again the two lamb chops were tough with very little meat. Was hoping for some chopped lamb instead of the disappointing chops. Nan beautiful. Chicken garlic curry very nice.
Shame about the chops and tastless tikka.

First time visiting here, and the food was amazing. You don’t mind paying a little more than other places if the food is good. It was quite quiet when we got there but soon started to fill up. Will I visit again?… hell yeah!

I have been using Aashiq’s for 8 years now, both dining in and takeaway. I have never had a bad meal- the food has always been delicious, piping hot and portion sizes are generous. Staff are friendly and attentive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
