I I recently had a disappointing experience at this pizza place, spending around $37 for a meal that didn’t live up to the price. The flavor was bland, and the crust was mushy, indicating that it wasn’t cooked properly. When I called the restaurant to complain, the lady was unwilling to give me a full refund. Instead, she offered me a measly $15 store credit, which I found utterly unacceptable.
I deserve better, especially since I’m spending a significant amount of money on a meal. I recorded the conversation with the lady, and she was unhelpful and rude. She made excuses for her mistakes and even gave him the same poor quality pizza that I had received. I’m so disappointed that this place is called America’s Pizza. It’s truly disgusting, and I feel ashamed that it’s associated with the name.

I’m honestly furious with Pizza Hut right now. Do they even care about their reputation anymore? I ordered a “build your own” pizza, and what I got was a complete disaster. The entire thing was drenched in way too much BBQ sauce, so much that it completely ruined any taste of actual pizza. The crust was soggy, the toppings just slid right off, and it felt like someone in the back just threw it together out of frustration. I spent my money expecting a decent meal, not a sloppy mess that’s barely edible. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s disrespectful to customers. If I could, I’d give them zero stars. I am not ordering from this place anymore. Pizza Hut has completely lost my trust.

Worst experience ever! Customer service bad, on the phone and in person. Food was awful! Paid, then take a look at the food and barbecue sauce running all over inside the box and the personal pizza was all burnt and dried looking. So what did I do? I tossed in the Pizza Hut trash can! It’s a waste of money. The worst part is the attitude of that ugly guy/lady, not sure what he/she is. It treated me as if I was a homeless getting my food for free. I didn’t even bother asking for another order, I didn’t want to deal with that employee’s attitude and I don’t want to risk getting boogers or spit with a replacement. So disappointed with Pizza Hut at Clovis 93727. Used to be ok. I don’t even like Pizza Hut, but my kids like it, it was for my little boy, but I will never feed my child that nasty food. Was a return customer, but never again. Better to put my money somewhere else. Pizza Hut will be out of business soon if they keep up this bad business practice.

Ordered stuffed crust supreme. Not made like it used to be. Stuffed crust was not stuffed, more like 1/4 filled. Pizza was thinner than it used to be.

The pizza was good and i ordered for delivery. My order was $35 and when I gave the two $20 bills the delivery man got them both but did not give any change. However he gave me a free ranch so it was all good.

We ordered a supreme and all meat. There’s barely any toppings on them. We pretty much got all cheese with a few pepperoni and bell peppers. Very disappointed with this location. We’ll be sure to ck next time before leaving (if there’s a next time) but train your employees!

Pizza Crust was too Soft almost seem to be Soggy and didn’t seem to even Taste right. They Don’t provide any Ice for Dine in Customers Drinks, they also only provide Very Limited amount of choices of Soda to Eat with Ur Pizza. Won’t be Coming Back Again
