Great place for genuine Colombian food and grocery treats from Colombia… always a small wait due to popularity of menu variety… food and portions are excellent

My mom and I visited last week and had kind of a mixed experience.
Right off the bat, the seating process was confusing. When we walked in, it wasn’t clear if there was a hostess, a greeter, or if we were supposed to seat ourselves. We waited for a bit, no one came over, so we eventually went up to the counter. When we tried to order, we were told it would be dine-in and to go sit down, and that someone would be right with us. It just felt a little disorganized — some clearer direction when you walk in would help a lot.
Service overall was pretty mid and lacked attentiveness. The food itself was okay, but one of the empanadas was very over-fried. It honestly felt like it may have been sitting out and then refried, because it was extremely tough ; so much so that I actually cracked part of a tooth on it, which obviously wasn’t great.
We did leave a cash tip at the table, but when I paid with my debit card at the counter and didn’t leave an additional tip on the screen, the cashier gave me a strange look. I’m guessing she didn’t realize we had already tipped, but it still felt awkward.
Overall, the food was decent, but the service and organization left a lot to be desired. With clearer seating instructions and more consistent service, this place could be much better.

I do not recommend the rice and chicken. It was very mushi and had a burned taste. I had to buy empanadas to be full because I could not eat it!

It takes a lot to write a bad review on a restaurant, especially one I previously enjoyed. However, this experience was terrible. We walked in and waited for a table for like 5-7 minutes which was great, the table was cleaned quick. We ordered pastries and munched on them before our food. The pastries were really good and we couldn’t wait to come back one day and order more. We ordered our food, and waited…. And waited and waited. We had been waiting for an hour and we decided to just pay and cancel the food. Other tables that came 20-30 mins after us, maybe 2-3 other tables with more or equal amounts of people, received their food before us. We even brought this up and said that didn’t happen when we all saw it. They told us to get the food anyways we asked for it to just be canceled. Told us it was already ready, okay we accept it because we are just so done.
We waited 30 MORE MINUTES, and finally got it and left.
The servers and cashier especially has a bit of an attitude and is not very welcoming. I understand it’s busy, everyone in my table works in the food service, and knows the stress of a rush. However, this was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Should have just left at that point and not paid or demanded a refund, but we have better morals than that.
The food really is good, and there are great portions…. But this is ridiculous, and I don’t think I will return.

The food was good. I think they have to improve the service, it is too slow. The waitress was not kind. There are many customers, and the space/place is not enough. The empanadas were not good at all.

The food was amazing! The service was great! We also had fresh squeezed Orange juice witch was a great price for the amount you get! Overall 10/10 would recommend.

We had the chicken empanadas. They were cold as they were sitting in the display window. We asked for the empanadas to be taken out our check as we only had two bites. The woman we spoke to was incredibly rude. She said we ate all of the food and could not remove it from our check. You tell me is this us eating everything?

What an amazing place to go eat, the food taste amazing, I’m a vegetarian, and Danna the server did an amazing job telling me what option could I get, and as a vegetarian I don’t receive this treat in all restaurant.
I recommend it with no doubt.

We went to a family reunion in SC, and I started having cravings for Colombian food. This spot was recommended by the cashier at the Total Beauty store in Spartanburg, and then by one of our clients in Eatonton, GA. It did not disappoint. Delicious!!! Riiiiiiiiiicooooooooo le digo ¡qué delicia!

This place is not for the faint of heart or for anyone who is counting calories or on a diet. Either save up your points, drink lo-cal protein shakes for a week to be able to freely enjoy! Or just say to yourself, “bump it!”, and go on and enjoy!

You will need put down a pallet or hang a hammock and take a long nap after eating here. But you will sleep with a smile on your face. Mis respetos ❤️
