Ordered a bean burrito Xtra red sauce Xtra onions Xtra cheese I got a regular bean burrito. They asked if I wanted sauce I said yes its on the ticket even….. I got none…why ask? Also I don’t mind paying Xtra for add ons but I paid and you didn’t add them that’s basically stealing money from customers….do better

I usually never leave reviews to anything, but I feel compelled to because it was just so good! I got the cantina chicken taco discovery box, and loaded garlic steak fries. Those fries are genuinely one of the best things they’ve ever had, I’ll be sad when it leaves because it’s delicious. I’ve never had the cantina chicken tacos before, and I normally don’t like Taco Bell’s chicken, but I was impressed! The sauce really makes the whole flavor, without it, it wouldn’t be nearly as good. My mom got a cheese quesadilla, and said it was alright, which I believe, the quesadillas are usually nothing special but very inoffensive. My brother got a double cheese beef burrito(?) and he said it was good. Taco Bell is my absolute favorite fast food place, please keep up the great work!

Based on my ratings of atmosphere and food, you may wonder why I gave this location an overall 5. It is the service. Fast food is never as high quality as cooked to order food. It is formulaic and build for a quick service. I love actual Mexican food, and Taco Bell is no where near authentic. However, if you take it for what it is, I love it. Service wise, this location way outperforms many others I’ve patronized. The management and expectations here have a higher bar, which makes me want to visit the location. I love the bean burrito, the rewards on the app, and the specific service I receive at this location.

Beautiful place, but they didn’t read my order. Got Mexican pizza custom, no sauce, extra cheese, sourcream, and rice. It came original, ordered a taco supreme got a regular , order bahah blast had to request it and then explain what I ordered. When order was called out they said ‘Howard’. So we guessed it was our order as our name is Haught. Order two large blasts received two regular ones @ 2:30pm on a Friday.

The real complaint is not against TB but that instead of face to face interaction, customers order their food via kiosk in the lobby. While it might be convenient, there is something about customer service you just can’t get from a machine. I would appreciate the option to choose, but it’s been a rare occasion… if ever that I’ve been greeted by an employee upon entering the establishment. Good food and clean place, though.

stopped by in my way to where I was going. ordered at drive thru, there system is low, barely heard each other. made my order specifically stating what I did not want. should have checked I guess. three products where incorrect, forth was correct. after I asked for it again at the window, took the order back after going where I was going. food was cold and wrong. they replaced the three incorrect items, and put them in the same bag with the cold fourth product. so either check your order before you rollout, or go elsewhere.

When asked if my order was right on screen told him I could not read the screen. Should have had him repeat itat window. Order wrong, brought back to store. Manager stood talking to someone, saw me with my food in hand, did not stop to assist. Asked cashier to correct it with double sour cream as well as other issues. Barely a serving of sour cream on it. Charged extra for something else on my receipt
