Wow! Amazing! I’m very impressed with the food/drinks upstairs at the 2nd Story Lounge! We came during the holidays and it was delightfully decorated.
The cocktails were superior and the food was spiced and prepared beyond my expectations. Hanger steak was delicious, spiced the way a steak is supposed to be spiced!!
Bravo Nostrana, we will definitely be back!

Great meal and very nice restaurant. The homemade pastas were very good and cooked al dente. Our server had great recommendations. Portions were small but not too small with appetizers. Only valet parking.
Decided to go pretty last minute, and called ahead to see if there was space, and the girl on the phone was saying the evening was very booked and we probably couldn’t get seated unless we were there within 15 minutes. So we rushed there, and the restaurant was not even close to full for the 2 hours that we were there, which as slightly annoying.

I came here for a romantic date night and Anthony was our server. Anthony went above and beyond! The service was incredible! He was hustling during a busy dinner rush and still gave us the best experience. We are new to Boonton and he was super helpful. The server made the experience a 10/10, we will be back.

Everything at Nostrana’s was amazing! The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, perfect for a night out. The menu had creative options you don’t see everywhere, based off of seasonal foods and each dish was delicious. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others

Came to visit family locally and they treated me to this exquisite meal. The olive tapenade was decadent and the fresh baked bread was perfect to start. Nonas meatballs and the home made pastas were highlights. Branzino was done perfectly and the chicken dish was crispy and juicy at the same time. Highly recommend the restaurant, service was attentive and timely. Definitely save room for the pecan lava cake!

First of all, it is cute and cozy, but not dark or cramped. It’s a house that has been converted to a restaurant. First of all they have complimentary valet, so bring a few bucks to tip! The service is upscale, think fine dining light, i.e. give you fresh utensils each course, crumb your table, friendly but subdued.
If you like cocktails, try one of their cocktails, they’re really beautifully balanced, well done! I had the over the hill. I would have another one no hesitation.
The courses are generous without being overwhelming.
I really liked what I had. The intros were good, but the pasta was the best. I love that they do the pasta truly al dente. If you like mushy pasta, that is not what you’re gonna get here. I got the mushroom ragu with callabresselli pasta, one, two it includes hen of the woods mushroom. I haven’t seen usually foraged mushrooms on a restaurant dish in a long time.So if you’re into that, you should try it.
Delicious rich, yet not heavy.
I may make their upstairs lounge my go to for last minute drinks and a bite.

Fantastic night out! Daria was very nice, attentive and knowledgeable , she suggested some amazing dishes. We ordered the scallop pasta and the hanger steak, both were delicious. The cocktails came out perfect. I would definitely come back here and try all of the handmade pasta on the menu

My friend and I went here for the first time and it did not disappoint with regards to service and food. 1st they have an upstairs bar and a tapas menu. It has a completely different vibe from the bar and main dining room downstairs. The esthetic and ambiance is appealing to the eye. I need to give a shout out to Alex the manager and to Andrew, I believe he is the service manager, very polite and engaging. Kudos to their downstairs bartenders Aimee and Jason. Very engaging and accommodating and they gave us great recommendations on what to order. We would definitely come back being Jason was so accommodating to our needs and gave us great tips on what to order. Their cauliflower salad and hanger steak are a must. Both were incredible.
